Research On The Relationship Between Miners’ Safety Deviation Behavior And Leadership

The existence of the deviation of the miners not only endangers the normal safety production of the enterprise,but also damages the personal interests of the miners and even the safety of life.Therefore,the deviation is very important for the enterprise to produce production.At present,the study of miners’ deviation behavior has always been the focus of scholars’ attention.Among them,behavioral science,system dynamics and individual psychology are used to study the production and propagation of miners’ safety deviation behaviors,in order to prevent and control the occurrence of safety deviation behaviors.Later,some scholars applied the research results of deviation behavior to the safety production of enterprises to put forward the concept of safety deviation behavior and conducted relevant research on it.Some of the scholars ’research on safety deviation behavior focuses on the relationship between safety deviation behavior and leadership style,but most scholars’research still stays on the influence of a single leadership style on miner safety deviation behavior,and on multiple leadership styles and miner safety deviation behavior.The relationship research focus is still insufficient.This article takes the miners ’safety deviation behavior as the research object,and studies the relationship between the miners’ safety deviation behavior,the sense of organizational support and the three common leadership styles of participation,benevolence and transaction.First,through on-site investigation and literature research,the concept definition and dimension division of participation,benevolence,transactional leadership,organizational support,and miner safety deviation behavior are determined,and the measurement questionnaire of the above variables is determined,and then through case studies and models Analyze the relationship between the various dimensions of the hypothetical variables,and establish a hypothetical model of the relationship between the three leadership methods and the safety deviation behavior of miners;secondly,combining the actual production operations of coal mine miners in China and the research objectives of this article,the determined measurement scale is carried out The packaging forms a questionnaire,and then after the questionnaire is issued and recycled,the collected data is tested for reliability and validity and principal component analysis to detect the rationality of the data during the scale collection process;finally,the structural equation model is used to verify each measurement model.Factor analysis to verify the reliability of the measurement model.Then,after fitting and verifying the hypothesis model of the leadership mode and the miner’s safety deviation behavior,the path coefficients in the hypothesis model are analyzed,and the insignificant path is deleted.Three leadership methods and miner safety are obtained.Deviation behavior final model,and effect decomposition of each latent variable in the final relationship model,according to the result of the effect decomposition,put forward the proposed measures to prevent miners’ safety deviation behavior.
