With the rapid development of modern industrialization and informatization,The IT management system,which represents the comprehensive management strength and market competitiveness of enterprises,has been preliminarily developed in some large companies.From the end of last century,as more and more world class companies entered into the Chinese market,in order to meet the demands of business development,these companies gradually established many multinational companies in China,they not only brought the advanced product technology,they also introduces the advanced enterprise management experience,such as company information management in today's World.At the same time,with the reform and opening up in China,many domestic research institutions have started to study the advanced quality management methods and learn from experience of western developed countries.They have carried out a lot of research on quality management information system.At the present stage of industrialization and informatization development and under the background of the "made in China 2025" action plan,Information management has become an urgent demand for business innovation and development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.In order to improve their product quality,these enterprises urgently need to use advanced quality data technology and management mode,strengthen advanced quality management information research and application,improve online quality monitoring and product full cycle traceability,reduce defects,increase product quality performance and management level throughout the whole process.During the application of information,the national and local governments have given very strong support and help.More and more high-tech enterprises have started to research quality management information technology with universities or colleges and scientific research institutions,and jointly developed many types application software of quality management information for many large enterprise.A few startups with strong technical have also made more achievements in the development of quality management information software.Information data management system has been widely used in many large companies.As one of the important components of information data management system,quality management information system is applied in quality management in more and more companies.In order to improve customer satisfaction with products and services,customer complaint information system of data management of quality management has increasingly become one of our quality management preferred.The application of data management information system to customer complaint management not only strengthens the integrity and traceability of customer complaint data,but also improves the efficiency and accuracy of customer complaint management,and finally provides good system support for improving customer satisfaction.In the current era of highly competitive products and services,how to utilize the information of technical support,improve and perfect the data management information system of company's customer complaints management,comprehensive customer complaints of quality data processing and analysis,will be the key to promote the competitiveness of the company's products and services to improve customer satisfaction.By analyzing the research status of data management of other domestic companies,this paper cites the input and output requirements of the quality management system ISO9001:2015 on the process,and takes the customer complaint management in the quality management of V company as an example to study the customer complaint quality management system.The main research contents are as follows:1)By studying the relevant quality management theory,quality management practice and application of customer complaint system of quality management in many modern large enterprise,combined with multiple angles in customer complaints of quality management,use of SIPOC(Supplier,In,Process,Out,Customer)and analysis tools such as PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Action),take customer complaint management of V company's quality management as an example,analyzed and researched the current status of customer complaints management of V company;2)Conducted multi-angle analysis and research on relevant performance indicators in the process of customer complaint management,diagnosed the main problems in the application process of V company's data management in the quality management of customer complaint: lack of overall planning of customer complaint management process;Lack of customer complaint analysis and processing data;Customer complaint management efficiency is not high;Insufficient focus on continuous improvement.3)For the problems of the analyzed data management in customer complaint management,worked out the improvement goal of the application of data management to customer complaint management,designed the improvement scheme of the application of data management to customer complaint quality management,and provided the theoretical support of the application of data management to customer complaint management process.4)This paper mainly takes safeguard measures from four aspects to support the application of data management in the quality management of customer complaints: Implement document safeguard measures by optimizing the procedure files of customer complaint handling and clarifying the data management requirements;Regularly analyze customer complaint quality management system and customer complaint data to carry out system safeguard measures;Personnel assurance measures to enhance personnel quality awareness and improve personnel data processing and analysis skills;Optimize the process and application of data management in quality complaints,and provide guarantee for the construction of data management system.All these aspects provide strong support for ensuring the application of data management in customer complaint management.5)Based on the application research of V company's data management in customer complaint management,the data management system provides complete,accurate and traceable data for customer complaint quality management.These data not only provide great support for the enterprise's quality development strategy,and also provide an effective guarantee for improving customer satisfaction.At the same time,this paper also put forward a customer complaint management system model,which will provide an idea for other quality management modules application of data management,and provide a certain reference for other companies to improve customer complaint management efficiency to establish information customer complaint management system.
