Although many business managers and academic scholars have done a lot of research related to customer complaints and quality management,but I want to do a different attempt,that is,based on customer complaints,start research of quality management.As a kind of intelligent electronic products,intelligent electronic locks have been produced and sold by many companies all over the world.It is representative to select intelligent electronic locks as the starting point and the foothold of the research,therefore,paper starts from A Company in China Production named intelligent electronic locks.This paper firstly introduces theoretical knowledge of quality management and the status quo of academic research,secondly,analysis existing information and find the research goal,thus determine the direction of the research focus on the customer data analysis to find the product quality problems,through mathematical analysis & lean analysis tools,finally set up model of quality management experience and find the method to be popularized.The specific methods and logics used in this article are as follows,I collect data from customer,product installation and transportation,product manufacturing,material supply and other aspects of supply chain.In order to analysis data and find value behind,this paper uses mathematical statistics tools to analyze the correlation between various aspects of argumentation of customer complaints and quality management,and establish a practical mathematical model;then,uses lean &6 Sigma logic and analysis to improve and explore A company quality management experience.Finally,a case is used to verify the validity of the mathematical model and to evaluate the effectiveness of the mathematical model.The correctness of theory needs to be proved by practice,so that,the effectiveness of the improvement measures is verified by the A company's practical case after the analysis and modeling to find the improvement measures.The last part is the summary of the paper,main content includes refining the enterprise quality management assessment,analysis and improvement of experience,and evaluation of the significance of this paper and promote the value of the method.
