As China's economic expansion has moderated a “new normal” pace,talents become the key to gaining market competitive advantage for organizations.The fierce external market competition makes enterprises pay more attention to human capital investment.In this context,the construction of the enterprise's training system,especially the training system of middle and senior management personnel,has become the main human capital investment field.However,due to the late start of the research on the training system for middle and senior management of SMEs,many companies lack corresponding guidance experience.To this end,this paper takes A ceramics enterprise as an example,through questionnaires,literature review and field interviews,etc.,to analyze the problems and causes in the current middle and high-level management training system,and accordingly Suggestions.Through analysis,this paper finds that the problems existing in the current middleand high-level management training system of A ceramics enterprises mainly include four aspects: First,the training enthusiasm of middle and senior management personnel is not high,and the training investment is insufficient;secondly,for training needs,content,etc.Insufficient analysis leads to insufficient training satisfaction;again,there are shortcomings in training management personnel's management of training and the ability of external teachers to identify;finally,there is a lack of training results transformation mechanism and effect evaluation.On the basis of the above problems,this paper points out the reasons behind the above problems from the four aspects of middle and high-level managers,organizational training institutions,training managers and training results transformation mechanism and effect evaluation.In view of the above problems,this paper believes that it is necessary to improve from two aspects of middle and high-level management personnel and enterprise training system.For the middle and senior management of the enterprise,it is necessary to ensure that the strategic development goals of the enterprise match the training objectives and career development of the middle and senior management personnel,and the enterprise needs to establish a learning organization atmosphere to match the enterprise training system.On this basis,this paper proposes to ensure the implementation of the above-mentioned training system optimization measures from three aspects: sound training management system,perfect training incentive mechanism and establishment of standardized system documents and processes.We hope that the optimization design of the middle and high-level management training system of A ceramics enterprise can be used as a reference for the research of the training system of middle and high-level managers in SMEs.
