With the national economic environmental steady improvement,the ecological environment quality is gradually declining,and the protection enterprises for ecological environment have been risen in response.To be the vanguard of environmental policy promotion in T City,X Environmental Investment Enterprise(The abbreviation is XEIE in the followings)has greatly promoted the regional environmental improvement and ecological investment.However,the increasing booming same enterprises makes the competition in the environmental investment market stronger.In such condition,XEIE meets difficulties in finance,environmental protection standards,employment,and personnel salary.With the disappearance of demographic dividend,the turnover of enterprises has been declining.It is so deeply dangerous to XEIE that the staff are frequently job hopping,and that the service is descending with the constant changes of management and employees.The time has been past when advertisement and enterprises scale are the main element in competition.Nowadays,the talent strategy has been changed to be the foundation in the enterprise sustainable development.So,XEIE regards human resource management as the important element of talent strategy and persistent existence.Being the core part of talent strategy,human capital is accumulated relating to enterprise strategy and long-range goal.So,Training management plays very important role in the human resource management.From the view of training management in theory and practice,the paper,firstly,forms a certain theoretical basis.Secondly,the paper selects XEIE in S Province as the research samples.It makes questionnaires by Likert five scale model to have the comprehensive research in the fields of enterprise operation,human resource management and training management(including the needs of staff training,plans,organization,teaching,and safeguard,etc.).Thirdly,the paper exposes the enterprise problems which are the lack of personnel level,the defects of organization,the imperfect goal setting,the insufficient matching of all kinds of security,the lack of attention of training organization,and the unclear cognition of effect evaluation,after analyzing the reason why XEIE meets difficulties in staff training management.Finally,the paper sets up an optimum proposal and management suggestions by four latitude in design,preparation,implementation and evaluation,which helps the leadership to clarify the cognitive of training importance.It confirms that training brings benefits to enterprise development,and suggests XEIE constitute major training teams in delicacy form by steps and grades to reach the goal of staff training scientific management.The paper states XEIE has training problems either in training organization construction,training method selection,training courses design,or in training system establishment,training evaluation.The effect of training in XEIE is so unpleasant to be optimized and improved.This essay proposes that XEIE would carry out training in scientific and accurate way to promote the training effectiveness,returning and satisfaction.It should try to optimize the original mechanization,universal training management to make employees improved in quality and quantity after being trained,which improves enterprise development.The paper provides enterprises with a power source in long-term stability and existence in order to set up a useful reference for XEIE and similar enterprises.
