Preparation And Properties Of New Type Reactive Polyurethane Hot Melt Adhesive(PUR)

Polyurethane adhesive has developed rapidly in the adhesive industry with its unique advantages,among them,the capacity of reactive polyurethane(PUR)hot melt adhesive accounts for about 20%of the adhesive industry,and it continues to increase every year.The early PUR adhesives had the disadvantages of containing toxic solvents,poor bonding properties,and slow curing.With the continuous research of scholars,PUR adhesives are currently developing towards the trend of environmental protection,high properties and low cost.This paper uses Polyester polyol,polypropylene glycol(PPG2000),4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)as the main raw materials to synthesize one-component polyurethane hot melt adhesive.The properties of PUR was studied through infrared spectroscopy analysis,mechanical properties test,bonding properties test,etc.,and use stabilizer,tackifying resin,silane coupling agent to modify the PUR.The experimental results show that the SPUR has the best comprehensive properties when the polyester/polyether compounding ratio is 7/3,the isocyanate index R is 2.4,the synthesis temperature is 80??90?,the reaction time is 3 hours,the added amount of compound catalyst is 0.8%,the added amount of the composite viscosity stabilizer is 50mg/kg,the added amount of the hydrolysis stabilizer P200 is between 1%and 2.5%,the added amount of the tackifying resin BHG-110 is 20%,the blocking rate of silane coupling agent KBE-9007 is 15%?20%,the prepared one-component SPUR hot melt adhesive has better comprehensive properties,the bond strength is 11.86MPa,which exceeds the properties of the same type of imported hot melt adhesive.Aiming at the problem that the one-component PUR hot melt adhesive has relatively slow curing and poor bonding strength,this paper explores the preparation of two-component PUR adhesive,and through the mechanical properties test,bond properties test,water resistance properties test,etc.to study its properties.The experimental results show that the-NCO content of the A component is 8%,the R value of the AB component is 1.2,the added amount of the castor oil modified polyol BHG-601 is 60%,the added amount of the crosslinker 1'4-butanediol is 7%,and the addition amount of the crosslinking agent tetraethylenepentamine is between 2%and 3%,the comprehensive properties of the two-component PUR adhesive is better,the peel strength is 11.5KN/m,curing time is 110min.
