The excellent properties of polyurethane adhesives were called “Industrial Aginomoto”.It is an indispensable polymer material.The research on the preparation and modification of the adhesive has become an important issue.In this paper,the preparation conditions of polyurethane adhesives were studied by using polyol N210 and PM200 as the main materials,and the modification of adhesive was studied by SiO2 filler.The properties of the adhesives were characterized by IR,SEM,TG and DSC.Through the study of adhesives preparation conditions,the results show that the optimum conditions of the adhesives were: reaction temperature 70?,reaction time 2h;the 10% NCO content of the adhesives were prepared under these conditions,and the best overall performance was owned by the adhesives,their shear strength were determined to be 2.8 MPa through the tensile testing machine;The preparation of the adhesives for the terminal isocyanate structure was indicated by IR.Through the study of adhesives modification,the results show that the performance of the adhesives were affected by the addition of SiO2,when Si O2 was added 1.5%,the excellent mechanical properties were owned by the modified adhesives;the properties of the adhesives were affected by the particle size of SiO2,the SiO2 with a particle size of 50 nm was used to modify the adhesive,and the higher shear strength(3.35 MPa)was owned by those modified adhesives,however,the SiO2 with a particle size of 15 nm was used to modify the adhesives,and higher tensile strength(52.585 MPa)was owned by these modified adhesives,and the greater elongation at break(28.905%)was also owned by these modified adhesives.Through the SEM,the results were indicated that when the amount of SiO2 was 1.5%,the more uniform particle size and particle distribution were owned by this system.A part of the hydroxyl groups on the surface of nano-SiO2 can be polymerized with the matrix-NCO through the IR.Through the DSC and TG,it was indicated that the heat resistance and cold resistance of the adhesive have little effect on the addition of SiO2.
