The industrialization of high and new technology often requires the introduction of high-end process technology and equipment,and the project investment is generally huge.In the process of project advancement,risks such as insufficient understanding of the market in the early stage,inadequate technological solutions,and lack of project funds may appear at any time.Once the project risk occurs,it will cause great economic losses to the company,and may cause the project to be stranded,and the consequences are difficult to estimate.The S-cellulose fuel ethanol project as a demonstration project of the second-generation fuel ethanol industrialization is the key development direction of the fuel ethanol industry in the future,and it has a strong reference for similar companies in the field of bioenergy.Therefore,the risk assessment and control research of S Company's fuel ethanol project has very important theoretical and practical reference value for itself and similar projects.This article is based on the project risk management theory,through the project risk management and control research of the S company's cellulose fuel ethanol project,using the checklist reading method and brainstorming method to effectively identify the possible risks of the project,and finally through the induction The five primary risk factors of social risk,economic risk,natural risk,management risk,and technical risk are summarized.Based on these five primary risks,19 more specific core risk factors are identified.Through the matrix treatment of these five first-level risks and 19 core risk factors,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with the analytic hierarchy process as the pre-processing is adopted,and finally the social risk,economic risk and technical risk are obtained for S company cellulose The fuel ethanol project has the greatest impact.After the weighted calculation of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the comprehensive risk evaluation index of this project is 3.40,which is greater than the normal risk evaluation index 3 and less than the serious risk index 4.Based on the above results,corresponding effective and reasonable control measures were proposed for the five primary risk factors of the project.In this paper,the risk assessment of the company's cellulose fuel ethanol project,because cellulose fuel ethanol is the latest second-generation technology,it has good promotion value.Provide some reference for the process research and development,process comparison and selection,site selection,etc.of other domestic cellulose fuel ethanol related projects to ensure that the project can have the correct investment direction,reduce the blindness of investment,and scientifically respond to Possible risks.
