Financial Analysis Of Shaanxi Hei Mao Company Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

China has formed a relatively complete coking industry system,but the coking industry in China still has large-scale backward production capacity and low industrial concentration.Our government has always held the concept of green sustainable development,the future national policy on environmental protection will become more and more stringent,environmental protection enterprises will be eliminated by the market,so environmental protection will also become the current and even in the future period of further promote the coking industry more standardized,healthy development of an important factor.As a pioneer enterprise in coking industry,Shaanxi Hei Mao Company is responsible for promoting the development of coking technology in the province.Under the background of leather,the structure and economic activities of Shaanxi Hei Mao Company are becoming more and more complicated,so scientific and effective financial analysis is particularly important.This paper applies Harvard analysis framework to the financial analysis of Shaanxi Hei Mao Company.The framework is a modern financial analysis method,which enriches the perspective of enterprise analysis on the basis of traditional financial analysis,and adds relevant information such as foreground analysis and strategic analysis,which makes financial analysis more comprehensive and comprehensive.Based on the enterprise data of Shaanxi Hei Mao Company from 2015-2019,this paper applies Harvard analytical framework to Shaanxi Hei Mao Company.On the basis of expounding financial analysis and Harvard analytical framework theory,this paper introduces the current situation of financial analysis of Shaanxi Hei Mao Company and the existing problems of financial analysis of enterprises.First of all,from the strategic analysis,using the PEST analysis method,Porter five-force analysis method to analyze the external macro-micro environment of enterprises;using Boston matrix analysis of enterprises internal environment;using the SWOT analysis method to grasp the internal and external environment of the enterprise,analyze its advantages and disadvantages,as well as the opportunities and threats faced.Secondly,the accounting analysis mainly identifies the accounting policies and accounting estimates of the important accounting subjects of Shaanxi Hei Mao Company and analyzes them,and draws the corresponding accounting conclusions.Thirdly,the financial analysis focuses on the analysis of its financial situation on the basis of its financial report inthe past five years,and carries on the horizontal comparison between industries,in order to find out the financial problems existing in Shaanxi Hei Mao Company.Finally,the prospect analysis predicts the future development of Shaanxi Hei Mao Company and analyzes its possible risks.Aimed at Shaanxi Hei Mao company puts forward the countermeasure to improve the operation condition.Through the research of the thesis,it can provide valuable information for the operation and development of Shaanxi Hei Mao Company,and provide reference for other enterprises in the industry.
