Research On The Analysis Of The Company A Based On The Harvard Analysis Framework

With the progress of economic development,more and more people are beginning to pay attention to and enter the capital market,and people are increasingly demanding financial analysis of the company.Therefore,it is very necessary to establish a complete and appropriate financial analysis framework.Through a complete financial analysis framework for prospect analysis,the analysis results will be more reasonable.The traditional financial analysis is mainly based on the data of the company’s financial statements.It analyzes and evaluates the company’s operating conditions and results,and is mainly based on the analysis of the past and present conditions of the company.The Harvard analysis framework not only includes financial analysis,but also includes strategic analysis,accounting analysis,and prospect analysis.Financial analysis based on the Harvard analysis framework is the expansion and intensification of traditional financial analysis,and a more comprehensive reflection of the financial and operating conditions of the company.This article first elaborates the related theories and recombines the theory to carry on the case study,finally makes the related suggestion to the case company.The research methods used mainly are the literature research method and the case analysis method.This article uses Harvard’s analysis framework to analyze A company in four aspects,and believes that although the company has comparatively large financial risks,due to the national policy orientation,people’s consumption orientation,the strength of the parent company and reliable product quality,I still holds optimistic attitude of the company`s sustainable development.Therefore,if only the company’s traditional financial analysis,it is likely to come to one-sided and erroneous conclusions,and analysis based on the Harvard analysis framework makes the analysis more accurate and comprehensive.
