The Financial Analysis Of HanNan Environment Company Under The Framework Of Harvard Analysis

Since the 13 th five-year plan period,China's social and ecological progress has reached a new height.With the emergence of the phenomenon of "garbage siege",garbage classification,garbage disposal and other issues have attracted great attention from all walks of life.In this context,the solid waste treatment industry,as an important driving force to protect ecological balance and achieve green development,has unprecedented development potential.As a listed company engaged in ecological environmental services,hanlan environmental company has a good prospect to meet the needs of national green development and ecological civilization construction.Based on the harvard analysis framework,this paper takes hanlan environment company as the case study object,and makes an in-depth analysis of its financial status and operating results from four aspects:strategy,accounting,finance and prospect.In terms of strategy,the comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the company was conducted by using PEST and SWOT analysis model,and the diversified and differentiated development strategy of hanlan environment was obtained.In terms of accounting,by identifying and evaluating the company's key accounting items,it is found that its inventory is relatively low and accounts receivable management isrelatively weak.In terms of finance,the financial statements of the company from 2014 to 2018 were deeply analyzed by means of financial index analysis and dupont system analysis,and it was found that its financing ability,profitability,operation ability and development ability performed well,and its cash flow was sufficient,but its solvency performance was relatively poor.In terms of prospect,based on the above analysis,the development prospect of the company is forecasted,and it is concluded that the company has the policy advantage of national support and the prospect is relatively optimistic.Finally,according to the problems in the above analysis,Suggestions for improvement are put forward.Based on the current development of solid waste treatment industry,the financial analysis of hanlan environment is conducted in order to improve the decision-making level of managers and achieve the company's development goals.The introduction of the harvard framework analysis method in this paper avoids the traditional financial analysis method which only focuses on the interpretation of financial statements,makes the financial analysis results more comprehensive,helps the financial information users to better understand the financial status of solid waste treatment enterprises,and has certain reference value for the financial analysis of other enterprises in the same industry.
