Study On Material Management Of The Third Oil Production Plant In Daqing Field

With the acceleration of the World Economic Integration Process,China's oil industry has also been greatly affected.Since the second half of 2014,low international oil prices have made Daqing Field's business development also face severe challenges.In the ever-changing business environment,enterprises look for opportunities in the challenges,starting with material management to reduce the cost of enterprise operation.While attaching great importance to material management,we should integrate and perfect the supply chain management to solve the problems in material management and improve the economic benefit.In order to standardize the management,reduce the cost and improve the efficiency,this paper takes the third oil production plant in Daqing Field as the research object,analyzes the research status of material management by domestic and foreign scholars,and expounds the material management and its related concepts.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper summarizes the basic situation of material management of the third oil production plant in Daqing Field.This paper analyzes the organization setup,plan management,purchase management and storage management of the material management department,and makes a questionnaire survey to the related personnel of material management in the third oil extraction plant.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire and the field interview,the problems in the material management of the third oil production plant in Daqing Field are summarized.That is,there are cross-organization,imperfect planning,non-standard procurement prices and warehouse management is not standardized.In order to solve these problems,put forward the organization,Planning Management,Procurement Management and Warehouse Management Improvement Measures.Through the integration of material organizations,the way of making clear plans,the scientific determination of purchase prices,the scientific allocation of warehouses and other means,to improve the establishment of material institutions,enhance the accuracy of material planning,reduce the cost of material procurement,strengthen the level of warehousing management.Effectively solve the problems existing in the material management of the third oil production plant.
