Sinter production plays a very important role in Steel Making Industry.In the past,enterprises emphasis more on the automation of production equipment and automatic detection instrument.It did improve the automation in producing procedure,and solve some quality control problems.However,because the relative complicity and closure,the cooperative relationship between different systems and management information systems hasn’t reached timely and smoothly.It results in the lack of necessary integration in each automation unit.For the whole manufacturing factory,they are separated information isolated islands,and could only be used for themselves.Upstream and downstream information communication is blocking,and it couldn’t seamlessly connect front and back working procedures.At the same time,due to the lack of supports from acquisition system and data platform,information transmit is blocked,and its feedback is delayed.It makes many applications can’t be achieved.It’s the ’"wide gap" that influences the whole level of informatization.The development of information technology makes people enter into the era of information explosion.There is mass information needed to be handled and used.Data processing is no longer the focus of information technology.Instead,the focus is how to utilize these information.Nowadays,many enterprises are carrying out informatization construction.As the continuous deepening of enterprises informatization,people’s demands of integrating and analyzing enterprises data is fiercer,and they emphasis on the united data platform construction more and more.Aiming at problems in sintering producing managing procedure such as severe information isolated island phenomenon,lacking of data analyzing ability etc.,this thesis introduces technologies including data analyzing in sintering producing procedure,combines with computer Internet technology,and carries out deep theoretical and experimental researches.On the basis of original scattered producing managing system,it constructs sintering producing information management system.At last,this thesis introduces the implementation of this system.The system mainly includes four main modules:real time monitoring,production decision,professional analysis and production report.This system is working stably and reliably with excellent effects.It could help decision maker obtain timely and accurate production information form massive and complex data,and analyze and deal with real time incidents timely through collecting real time data in producing procedure,to carry out managing optimization in producing procedure.It has profound influence for enterprises data management,improving producing operation indicator,and increase enterprise informatization level.
