Study On Management Solution For Contractor Of A Oil Production Plant

This study is based on the contractor management theory,analyzing the actual situation of A oil production plant project contractor management,to find out the three key problems of the contractor management: the imperfection of review and evaluation scheme for contractor qualification,the lack of management in quality supervision,deficiency in process monitoring and dynamic management.Therefore,this study focus on all aspects of project contracting,form the evaluation and selection of contractors(including the contractor qualification,classified management,comprehensive ability evaluation and selection),to contractor quality supervision,supervision of contractor's progress and the dynamic management.by using the way of contractor evaluation model and the selection method based on G-AHP,this study put forward a set of scientific contractor management solution proposals on the evaluation and selection of contractor,the quality supervision and dynamic management.By the process supervision and project management from the initial choice to the construction process,we ensured that A oil production plant maintaining high initiative and engagement in the whole process,avoiding the lack of transparency and passive response produced by static management pattern.The improvement has great significance for our plant to ensure the engineering quality,to reduce or even to avoid accident.
