For the purpose of enhancing the color rendering effect of double-layer fabrics,the basic research idea of adding a set of wefts was applied.The principle of two-layer structure color rendering was used to summarize the color-developing structural types,which was then applied in the design and the fabrication of double-layer jacquard fabrics,resulting in an abundant color changing effect of the fabric surface.The specific research methods and research contents are shown as follows:Chapter one introduces the research background and the current state of innovative digital jacquard fabrics.A double-warps and three-wefts structure is proposed to be applied in designing of jacquard fabrics for the purpose of increasing the amount of color gradient effect on the surface of fabricChapter two will propose the design principle of double-warps and three-wefts structure.That is,a set of weft yarns is added on the basis of the double layer structure,two sets of yarns are used as warp yarns,and three sets of yarns are used as weft yarns.By changing the arrangement relationship of the outer and the inner warp and weft yarns,twelve structural types were summarized,which are applied in the design of the single weft gradation color structure and the double wefts combination gradation color structure.Chapter three will propose a structural design method on the above-mentioned structural design principle.First,the amount of color effect of fabrics will be summarized.The single-weft gradient color development structure and the double-weft combination gradient color development structure were then designed based on 8 satin patterns.The rationality of the fabric structure design was verified by the lateral and longitudinal drawings of the fabric.The fabric structure is arranged to establish a database on color card of the fabric for easy expressionChapter four will explore the coloring law of the double-warps and three-wefts structure,and also will design color cards of a single-weft color gradient effect and a double-wefts combination color gradient effect.Black and white yarns are used as warp yarns,and red,green and blue yarns are used as weft yarns for the experiments of color card weaving and color measurement.The color value of each sample group,and the analysis of the brightness difference,the color difference mean and the color difference variance can determine the coloring rule of the double-warps and three-wefts structureChapter five will apply the double-warps and three-wefts structure in jacquard fabric design.According to the layered-combination design mode,the designed diagram is color-separated,so that the color of the color-separated layer can be corresponding to each structure type,forming a single structure diagram.Each of the individual diagram is then combined into a composite structure diagram for jacquard weaving processing.The results show that the color gradient effect jacquard with double-warps and three-wefts structure can realize the color gradient effect on fabric surface,and also can meet the requirements of mass production.In summary,the number of color renderings of the double-warps and three-wefts structures are greatly improved as compared with the number of color renderings of the double-warp and double-weft structures.This will promote the double-layer fabric to achieve gradient color effect for both of the single-weft and the double-wefts.Finally,this study can broaden the research of the double-layer fabric and provide a new idea for the further study of the double-layer fabric.
