The index system of urbanization system and eco-environment system is constructed by using coefficient of variation.Through coupling analysis,the paper analyzes the time and space of important port cities along the "Sea Silk Road",the coupling degree,the comprehensive index of urbanization,the comprehensive index of ecological environment and the coordination degree.Moreover,the city of Shanghai in the metropolis The change of economic urbanization,spatial urbanization and social urbanization in time series and the change of coupling degree,it is clear that the coupling between urbanization and ecological environment of 18 cities along the Silk Road Economic Belt,lays the foundation for the Sustainable development of urbanization and ecological environment,and lays the foundation for the implementation of the "Sea Silk Road" policy,and finds:(1)From the time,the coupling degree,the Maritime Silk Road 18 along the port city in addition to Sanya in the coupling degree for the running-in stage,The remaining 17 urbanization systems are coupled to the eco-environmental system between 0.8 and 1.0,it shows that the coupling degree of the important port cities urbanization system and eco-environment system along the Silk Road is in a high coupling stage.The coordination degree is different,except for the slight decrease of the coordination degree of Lianyungang,which decreases from 0.3060 to 0.3007.More than 2006,the 17 cities showed an upward trend,indicating that during the research period,the development level of the coupling between urban urbanization and eco-environmental system of important port cities along the Maritime Silk Road was continuously improved.(2)In terms of space,the coordination degree of 18 port cities is divided into 3 categories,low,moderate,highly coupled coordination,lack of extremely coupled coordination type;In the evolution of space,the change is obvious: the height coordination type rises from 2 to 3,the low coordination type decreases from 5 to 3,It shows that the coordination between the urbanization of coastal port cities and the ecological environment is increasing.and through the analysis of spatial pattern Evolution,2009-2012,the 18 coastal port city coordination degree has no obvious change in the type,but the numerical value is rising,but the quantity of quantitative changes is not reached.At the same time,according to the degree of coupling,combined with the quality of urban urbanization and the level of ecological environment,roughly 18 coastal port cities are divided into 5 kinds.(3)This paper analyzes the present situation of Shanghai from population,economy,space and society.Generally speaking,in the 2006-2015,population,economy,space and social urbanization showed an upward trend,the urbanization of population and economic urbanization trend is obvious and stable;spatial urbanization is the first smooth development and rapid development,and the development trend of social urbanization appears wavy,wandering forward.The integrated index of urbanization and eco-environment index are on the rise in general,which belongs to the ecological environment lag type.With the increasing speed of the integrated index of urbanization and the development of the ecological Environment index,it is still visible that the Shanghai city is improving with the level of urbanization,and the development and improvement of the ecological environment are considered well.The coupling degree of urbanization and ecological environment in Shanghai is in a horizontal trend,with a high degree and a steady increase of coordination degree.(4)from the urbanization rate and per capita GDP indicators,the sea Silk Road along the 18 port cities have a "trickle-down effect",but the surrounding city’s radiation-driven role and impact of different degrees,can be divided into 5 categories. |
