to the sustainable development of the environment facing many problems,including the phenomenon of "ghost cities" caused by oversupply of urban housing and infrastructure,as well as the heat island effect caused by urban expansion and global warming.At present,the government and academic circles pay the most attention to and urgently need to solve the problem,that is,in the development of urbanization,the expansion of construction land leads to the occupation of a large number of farmland,woodland,water and other ecological land,causing a serious negative impact on the ecological environment and hindering the realization of sustainable development of the city.The environmental pollution problem in many cities in China is particularly serious,and the decline of environmental quality has a direct impact on people’s health.At present,the economy of China is developing rapidly,and the land use structure of cities and towns is also undergoing great changes,which brings about increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems.To some extent,the acceleration of urbanization has caused the change of land use and regional ecological environment.The quality of the ecological environment is directly related to the level of human life.With the improvement of people’s living standards,more and more people begin to pay attention to the impact of the ecological environment on our production and life,and realize the importance of adhering to the concept of sustainable development to protect the ecological environment.The government work report for the 2019 NPC and CPPCC sessions also highlighted the key tasks of strengthening the protection and restoration of ecosystems to continue to improve the quality of the ecological environment.How to evaluate the quality of ecological environment scientifically and quantitatively has become one of the hot research topics.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the process of regional urbanization and its effects on ecological environment in detail,and formulate targeted policies and measures.This paper Based on Jinan urbanization and ecological environment effect since the21 st century as the main research topic,and using a combination method of qualitative and quantitative.This paper use Landsat data,geospatial data on a detailed analysis of Jinan urbanization since the 21 st century.We learned that 2003-2008,Jinan population,economy,society,urbanization is growing momentum,2009-2018,Jinan urbanization gradually declined.Thus,through the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),weather,terrain,soil erosion,surface four factor covers 6 evaluation index structure of Jinan city ecological environment effect evaluation system,calculation of Jinan city in 2001,2009 and 2018,the ecological environmental quality index,We learned that in 2001,the extremely poor ecologicalquality grade accounted for 0.03% of the total area;the poor ecological quality grade accounted for 5.13% of the total area;The general grade of ecological quality accounts for55.03% of the total area;the good grade of ecological quality accounts for 34.41% of the total area;the excellent ecological quality accounts for 5.40% of the total area of the grade;the good ecological quality grade occupies an advantageous position in the study area.In2009,the poor ecological quality grade accounted for 0.01% of the total area;the poor ecological quality grade accounted for 2.09% of the total area;the general ecological quality grade accounted for 36.61% of the total area;the good ecological quality grade accounted for 51.18% of the total area;the ecological quality was excellent It accounts for10.11% of the total area of the grade;among them,the good ecological quality grade has an advantageous position in the study area.In 2018,the poor grade of ecological quality accounted for 0.01% of the total area;the poor grade of ecological quality accounted for1.94% of the total area;the general grade of ecological quality accounted for 33.91% of the total area;the good grade of ecological quality accounted for 57.38% of the total area;the excellent ecological quality It accounts for 6.75% of the total area of the grade;among them,the good ecological quality grade has an advantageous position in the study area.In addition,from 2001 to 2018,Jinan implemented the policy of "returning farmland to forest and grassland" on a large scale,which greatly reduced the cultivated area and the proportion of ecological service value.The increase of construction land also leads to the continuous decrease of the value of ecological services and the negative impact of social and economic development on the value of ecosystem services is significant.Finally,puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the ecological environment of Jinan,mainly from the change in the new urbanization of ecological priority,the level of the government to strengthen environmental regulation,improve the quality of forest land in order to promote the ecological construction,promote the greening of the industrial structure development this time,hope this research can promote the Jinan economic and environmental sustainable development.
