As a subordinate enterprise of daqing oilfield,W company's investment in maintenance and transformation project has been increasing year by year in recent years,and the task of maintenance and transformation project has been increasing day by day,and the requirements for maintenance and transformation project have been continuously improved,and the accompanying project management problems have become more and more obvious.Using the concept and method of project management to analyze the problems existing in the maintenance and renovation project management of W company and put forward Suggestions and countermeasures,it is particularly important to improve the project management level of W company.This paper takes the maintenance and renovation project of W company as the research object.Firstly,it clarifies the background,purpose and significance of the topic selection and the research status of project management at home and abroad,and expounds the related concepts of maintenance and renovation project management and the concepts and processes of project management.Second in-depth company access to relevant data,this paper introduces the basic situation of W company renovation project management,with the W company renovation project design,project manager,buyer,cost engineer,engineering auditors and construction on behalf of the interviews,and combined with many years of work practice,analysis of W company renovation project management in project planning and design stage,the problems existing in the implementation stage and completion inspection and acceptance and settlement stage.It is pointed out that there are some problems in the planning and design stage,such as lack of experience of designers,lack of accuracy in early work,and lack of comparison and selection of design schemes.In the implementation stage of the project,there are problems such as the selection of construction units is not standardized,the construction quality management is not in place,the construction is not carried out according to the construction schedule,the construction investment control is difficult and the project comprehensive management level is not high;In the stage of project completion acceptance and settlement,there are some problems such as overestimation,backwardness of audit of completion settlement and so on.Then,aiming at the problems existing in the maintenance and renovation project management of W company,specific improvement measures are put forward from the stages of planning and design,construction and completion acceptance and settlement,so as to improve its project management level.
