Research On The Integrity Education Of Party Members And Cadres In The Tobacco Industry

Integrity education is the first step in building a clean government system.It is very important to improve the theory of building clean government at the grassroots level and promote the construction of clean government system in state-owned enterprises.The status of grassroots party members and cadres is very important.The grassroots party organization is composed of every party member.Whether the grassroots party organization has combat effectiveness and cohesiveness,and whether it can play the role of a battle fortress depends largely on the organizational discipline of each party member.The contact between party members and the people is the most direct.If individual party members have problems,they influence not only the party members themselves,but also the image of the party and the state,which would weaken the overall image of the party organization.State-owned enterprises are an important force in building a well-off society in an all-round way.The tobacco industry contributes a lot to the raw material industry,agriculture and consumer service industries,and is an important part of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to do a good job in the clean government education of the grassroots party members in the tobacco industry and prevent the emergence of corruption.At present,the research object of integrity education is mainly concentrated in middle and high-level leading cadres,while the research on integrity education of grassroots party members and cadres is relatively rare.This study broadens the scope of research objects,thereby expanding the application of integrity education research.Therefore,this study takes as its object the integrity education of party members and cadres in the tobacco industry,and uses the theory of public management to guide the research on grassroots party members and cadres' integrity education,in order to enrich the current theoretical research results.This study first defines the relevant concepts of the integrity education,and expounds the related theory,combined with the particularity of the tobacco industry and the actual situation,this study expounds the current status of A cigarette factories of basic unit party member cadre integrity education,and carried on the thorough analysis about the present situation of A cigarette factories integrity education,discusses the main problems and the root of the problem,and put forward suggestions.The tobacco industry has always attached importance to integrity education.However,it is undeniable that there are some problems in the integrity education of party members and cadres in the tobacco industry.For example,the initiative of party members to learn the knowledge of integrity education is not strong;the content of integrity education is empty and unattractive;the integrity education is not enough,and not internalized;integrity education is carried out in isolation;there isn't sufficient resource integration;and there is a lack of education synergy,lack of continuity,etc.These problems make ineffective the education of clean party on the tobacco industry grassroots party members cadres.In order to improve the practicability and effectiveness of integrity education,we should start from the following aspects: mobilize the initiative of party members to participate in integrity education,strengthen the content construction of integrity education,improve the mechanism of party members' integrity education,integrate the resources of integrity education,and build a clean and honest government culture etc.,to further strengthen the work of grassroots party members and cadres in the tobacco industry,and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of integrity education.Then solve the problem that integrity education is perfunctory,seriously divorced from the reality of the problem,really let the integrity education deeply popular,play its important role in strengthening the construction of party style clean government,prevent corruption at the grassroots level.
