In-situ combustion has low energy consumption and high efficiency,and can be adapted to more complex oil reservoirs than steam flooding and steam stimulation.However,it has great complexity in itself,it is difficult to select reservoir,design and implement,high technical requirements,and it is difficult to control during the work process,resulting in a high failure rate.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the oil displacement mechanism and production characteristics of In-situ combustion,study the main control factors that affect the effect of In-situ combustion,and formulate corresponding control measures on this basis,so as to improve the success rate of In-situ combustion.This paper uses CMG numerical simulation technology to analyze the oil displacement mechanism and zone characteristics of In-situ combustion,divides In-situ combustion development into six production stages,and summarizes the production characteristics of each production stage(changes in fluid production,gas production and oil production);The influence of geological factors on the effect of In-situ combustion is analyzed,and the influence of different factors on the degree of In-situ combustion recovery,air-oil ratio,propulsion speed and oil recovery speed is obtained;the gray correlation analysis method is used to rank the influence factors of In-situ combustion.The main control factors and close levels that affect the effect of In-situ combustion are obtained,and then the economic limit of In-situ combustion is used to screen the economic limits of the factors affecting the In-situ combustion at different oil prices,and the In-situ combustion control main control factor screening board is obtained;The influence of development factors on the effect of In-situ combustion is analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of In-situ combustion linear and area well patterns are compared.Optimized the parameters of In-situ combustion well spacing,gas injection rate and gas injection ratio,and given how to select the well pattern type,well spacing,gas injection rate,gas injection ratio under different geological conditions.On this basis,the In-situ combustion state diagnosis chart and corresponding control strategies and flow charts are summarized.The In-situ combustion effect is regulated from the three aspects of combustion state,plane wave and longitudinal wave,and the problem can be judged according to the characteristics of the In-situ combustion production.Based on the problems faced by the development,formulate corresponding control strategies and procedures.Applying the research results to the on-site examples has achieved good In-situ combustion effects and verified the effectiveness of the research results.This paper preliminary analyzes the main control factors that affect the effect of In-situ combustion and the corresponding control measures,which provides some reference for the development of In-situ combustion reservoirs.
