The source of CO and its influencing factors are higher in the normal coal mining face,and in most cases, CO comes from the goaf of coal spontaneous combustion.But some coal mines in northern Shaanxi of our country ,the spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf is not serious, and the CO in the upper corner of the working face has appeared excessive phenomenon, which seriously affects the fire prevention work in coal mine.Therefore, it is very important to study the source of CO, the law of CO emission and the influencing factors,which is of great significance for the treatment of CO overrun phenomenon.In this paper, the 50104 working face of Hejiata coal mine in Shenmu County is taken as the research object, and the source and influencing factors of CO overrun in the upper corner of fully mechanized coal mining face are analyzed. In the source of working face of isolated coal pillar drilling experiments, the situation of producing CO from isolated coal pillar has been obtained. In the case of mined out area, the method of buried pipe and the analysis system of the mine beam tube are used to obtain the distribution of CO in the mined out area,combined with the situation of the mine pressure and the air volume of the working face, it is concluded that the isolated coal pillar and the nearby coal is the main source of CO. According to the factors that influence the CO emission, the grey correlation analysis is used to calculate the grey correlation degree of the 7 factors,and find out the main influencing factors.Then,the main influencing factors are used to establish the BP neural network prediction model of CO emission in the working face, the prediction error of the model is between 0.6%-1.5%,and the weight value of the main influencing factors is calculated by the weight contribution rate formula, and to find the ranking of the main influencing factors.This paper uses MATLAB GUI software programming to develope the auxiliary system of weight calculation.The output weight matrix W and V after successful establishment of BP model,can quickly calculate the weights of the input values of the factors by the software, and pie charts and histogram displayed in the interface of the system.The results show that this system can be used to calculate the weights of the factors that influence the CO emission.
