With the continuous improvement of the level of urban-rural integration, the development of rural areas has received more attention, especially the "rural revitalization" strategy proposed by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made the issue of pollution control in rural areas an important part of the revitalization process,It has also received increasing attention from governments at all levels.China's rural population accounts for 39% of the country's total population, and the average annual volume of rural domestic garbage is about180 million tons.A large amount of garbage has not been properly treated, and the status of garbage pollution has become increasingly serious.Along with the improvement of the living standards of rural residents, the amount and type of rural domestic garbage emissions have gradually increased, and the rural areas are vast. Most of the villagers use scattered living as the main living mode, which also makes the management of domestic garbage in rural areas an academic,The common problem that the world thinks. In recent years, the academic community has reached a unified understanding after research, that is,the treatment of domestic waste in rural areas cannot be separated from the extensive participation of local residents, and the behavior choice of rural residents participating in the treatment is also directly related to the quality of local domestic waste management. However, under the current circumstances, the lack of rural infrastructure and the differences in villagers' own qualities further restrict the rural residents' garbage disposal behavior, resulting in the villagers' enthusiasm and enthusiasm for participation in rural areas is not high, and overall participation is also at a low level.Under such a realistic situation,it is necessary to study the internal and external factors that restrict farmers' participation in domestic waste management.Since the implementation of the "Three Revolutions" and the "Three-year Action for the Improvement of the Rural Human Settlement Environment" in Anhui Province,a large number of documents have been issued to guide the management of domestic garbage in rural areas,But in actual life, the phenomenon of villagers' lack of participation enthusiasm and lack of environmental awareness still exists widely.Through comprehensive analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literature, through field investigations, questionnaire surveys and empirical analysis, rural residents in some cities and counties in Anhui Province were taken as the survey object to understand the current status of rural domestic garbage treatment in the region and the participation of villagers in the process Related situation. And,Combined with the related knowledge of political economy,an internal and external dimensional model that influences villagers' participation in the process of domestic garbage disposal was constructed. The internal dimension refers to the internal action mechanism of villagers' behavior choices, and its endogenous variables include personal characteristics and environmental meaning. The external dimension refers to the external institutional environment, such as the provision of public facilities, publicity, and market participation.Combined with the current status of rural domestic garbagetreatment,it is pointed out that the supply of rural domestic garbage treatment services is an important exogenous variable that affects villagers' behavior choices. The main contents of this paper is: the first part is the introduction, which briefly discusses the research background and the significance of the research; The second part is the comprehensive report of the literature, which is mainly to sort out the relevant research status and literature at home and abroad; The third part mainly combines the theory of benefits,cost-benefit theory, public goods and other theories, and combines specific factors to construct a theoretical framework for villagers' participation in the treatment of domestic waste and the influencing factors; The fourth part is a brief introduction to the current status of rural domestic waste management and villagers' participation in domestic waste management in Anhui Province based on the collection of recycling questionnaires. The entropy weight method is used to assign weights to the various participation behaviors of the villagers and comprehensively calculate them.Participation in villagers' garbage management.;The fifth part is the empirical research.Based on the data of the questionnaire, the relevant models are used to perform regression analysis on the factors affecting villagers' participation in the treatment of domestic waste,Including social population factors and environmental behaviors of government and enterprises, and the factors affecting the villager's behavior choice were analyzed; The sixth part is based on the results of the empirical part, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from three perspectives of individual villagers, the government and the market.
