Economic globalization is quite common in nowadays.By Economic Opening in our country,many foreign investors come to China to run business,or cooperate with local enterprises or competitors to set up Joint-Venture companies(JV),or establish one Wholly Owned Enterprises(WOE)in China.And these WOEs and JVs will face lots of cultural conflicts from different national cultures.Cross-culture human resource management is one important aspect which composed of the cross-culture enterprise management,and it's also the key factor for one cross-culture enterprise to development sustainably and be competitive.American invested companies in China are in leading position from the perspectives of funding capability,technical capability and marketing strategies,and they are also well-developed in the enterprise management and cross-culture human resource management.How do American invested companies in China solve all the problems while facing all the cultural differences and conflicts,and how they integrate the two different cultures into one organic culture for the cross-culture human resource management are quite meaningful for us to pay attention to and are also the main research problems for this paper.The paper will take Hofstede's National Cultural Model and Integration-Assimilation Theory-IAT as the theoretical foundation to establish one analytical framework,and by the means of Case Study to analyze one US-invested Company A in China on its cross-cultural human resource management study from the Human Resource modules as of hiring,training and development,performance and incentive mechanism management.And how it can successfully make the culture integration happen on Cross-culture human resource management,hoping that it will bring some practical reference model for Cross-culture human resource management.
