With the development of computer network technology,enterprises have undergone important changes in information technology.As the Internet era enters the era of big data,data has become an important wealth for the development of enterprises.More and more enterprises begin to realize the importance of data for enterprise marketing,management and decision-making.Globalization has led to intensified market competition.In addition to technological innovation competition among enterprises,customer acquisition and maintenance are becoming more and more important.At this time,ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)and CRM(Customer Relationship Management)systems also play an increasingly important role in enterprise management.Enterprise customers are numerous and their contribution and influence to the enterprise are different.This requires the subdivision management of enterprise customers through effective data support,and the rational allocation of enterprise resources for different types of customers,so as to enhance customer loyalty and obtain more potential customer resources.Firstly,this paper takes N Company as the research object,using customer relationship theory,refinement management theory and related data business system management theory,and combining with the actual situation of N Company,it analyses the application status of data-driven system of N Company,and according to the current situation,it also analyses the customer loss,customer data inconsistency and non-uniformity in customer relationship management of N Company,inability to provides differentiated services and other issues.Secondly,on the basis of the principle of refined management,the method of fine customer management in N company is put forward.In the process of research,by building a unified data source and using AHP technology to classify customers,we can achieve refined customer management,prevent the loss of customer resources,and improve targeted customer management programs.Finally,this paper obtains some research conclusions and puts forward specific suggestions and measures for the refined management of customer relationship for relevant enterprises.
