Enterprise recruitment is an important means to ensure the stability of human resources and introduce talents.With the application and popularization of network recruitment in enterprises,The amount of recruitment-related data that enterprises need to process shows an exponential growth trend,The traditional methods of human resume screening and keyword screening of intermediary recruitment websites can no longer meet the needs of massive data processing,which leads to many problems such as the decline of recruitment efficiency,the serious lag of job feedback,and the inability to effectively identify potential candidates.Therefore,enterprises need to improve the current recruitment methods and recruitment processes,Establish an efficient network recruitment system to deal with this situation,find a recruitment method suitable for large-scale screening resumes and effectively identify potential candidates,improve the efficiency of network recruitment,help enterprises make the right recruitment decisions,and then improve the efficiency of human resources management,reduce the cost of employment.This paper takes C company as the object of study,through literature review,interviews and field surveys,based on recruitment-related theory,aiming at the problems in the recruitment work of the company,to study the establishment of an effective network recruitment system.First of all,on the basis of the overview of the background and significance of this study,through summing up the relevant research results of human resources scholars put forward the contents and methods of this study,and related concepts and theoretical basis of this study were introduced.Secondly,through on-the-spot investigation of company C,combined with the interview results of company HR,understand the human resources profile and recruitment process of company C,summarize the problems of network recruitment and analyze the reasons.According to the survey:the number of resumes received by company C in online recruitment is huge(especially in the peak period of recruitment),which leads to slow screening process,and the limited recruiters have been doing one thing repeatedly,which not only causes huge waste of human resources,but also the new application information can not be processed in time;the weight of resume information can not be quantified,and the accidental factors of resume screening are too large,even HR's Mood will affect the selection of resumes;the release channel of resumes is single,the recruitment requirements are not clear and targeted;the recruitment process is not clear,and the advanced human resource theory is not introduced.In order to solve the above problems,this paper constructs a more efficient network recruitment system for C Company,Through the random selection of 1000 employees in company C as a sample,this paper extracts the entry information and recent performance appraisal results of the sample staff.Through the visual analysis of the two information,this paper summarizes ten factors that affect resume selection,namely,graduation school,degree,work experience,major,foreign language level,qualification certificate,age,marital status,gender,hukou and age.Aiming at the problems existing in C company,this paper quantifies ten factors and takes them as indexes,determines the weights of candidates' resumes selection by using expert investigation method,and compiles a computer program for automatically selecting resumes,in order to solve the problem of excessive labor cost caused by the surge of resumes in C company's network recruitment.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures of the whole network recruitment system of C company.It is found that in the process of recruitment,the explicit characteristics(such as knowledge,skills,etc.)and the implicit characteristics(such as values,ethics and willpower,etc.)of the candidates are mainly obtained,which are very limited in the short-term recruitment process.Recruitment resume screening and other links,the process is very mechanical,consumed a lot of time and energy of recruiters.In view of the problems existing in the online recruitment work of company C,through the visual analysis of the on-the-job information of company C and the application of the expert survey method,the index and weight of the preliminary screening of resumes are determined.On the basis of the reasonable quantification of the index weight,the automatic screening of resumes by computer program will greatly improve the efficiency of online recruitment.
