Changchun JA Biotech Co.Ltd.,(JAT)is a nation high-tech enterprise.The company is focusing on the research of synthesis technology for high-performance and high-quality hydrogel materials,and JAT is also focusing on the developing,manufacturing and sales of related products of hydrogel materials.JAT R&D center is the company's technology research and development department.It engages in the technology and product development including research,designed and developed of all products of the company.JAT R&D center is responsible for the the entire process development including product planning,product design,basic material research,production process design,testing,small-batch process validation,and batch trial production involved in hydrogel product development.As a high-tech enterprise,the competition of the enterprise is the competition of talents.The quality of the technical personnel directly determines the core competitiveness of the high-tech enterprises.It is an urgent problem to be solved in hi-tech enterprise human resources recruitment that is how to recruit technical talents who can match with the development of enterprises by high-quality and high-efficiency method.The paper combines the current situation of the recruitment of technical personnel for JAT R&D center and analyzes the causes,formulates solutions,and finally solves the recruitment of technicians for JAT R&D center,and provides reference for technical personnel of high-tech enterprise recruitment.The paper has four chapters.The first chapter illustrates the background and significance of the topic,explains research ideas and methods of technical staff recruitment for JAT R&D center,and determines the research target of the entire paper.The second chapter mainly introduces the current situation and existing problems of the recruitment of technical personnel for JAT R&D center.The causes of these problems are analyzed to provide the basis for formulating solutions.The third chapter describes the research of the recruitment system for the technicians of JAT R&D center.According to the human resource recruitment management process,the program conducts separate research on job analysis,personnel planning,personnel recruitment,recruitment,and evaluation of JAT R&D center,combing the organizational structure of the R&D center,building a post competency model,and compiling job descriptions based on this.Choosing the right recruitment information distribution channel and optimizing the recruitment evaluation method ensure the feasibility of the implementation of the recruitment plan for the technicians of JAT R&D center.The fourth chapter describes the safeguard measures for the implementation of the recruitment for the technical personnel recruitment of JAT R&D center.The safeguard measures implemented in the recruitment plan are carried out at three levels: organization,resources,and system guarantees.The guarantee measures at the organizational level are to clarify the recruitment responsibilities of human resources department,and organize the special person to do the work.Meanwhile,the R&D center cooperates to carry out the work.The guarantee measures to be implemented at the level of resource protection are the methods and management tools for the continuous innovation of personnel recruitment and evaluation.The safeguard measures at the institutional level are the establishment of the recruitment process of technicians,the signing of contracts after the entry of employees,and the successful introduction of new employees.As a leader in the medical hydrogel industry in China,JAT is facing unlimited challenges and opportunities.As a high-tech enterprise,the R&D center has mastered the company's core technology,and as a company's engine,it has determined the speed and quality of the company's development strategy to some extent.As a technology-based enterprise relying on high technology,the technology center has mastered the core technology of the enterprise.As the engine of the enterprise,it determines the speed and quality of the development strategy of the enterprise to a certain extent.Only when the enterprise constantly improves the recruitment of technical personnel according to the actual situation of itself,the R&D center can match the development strategy of the enterprise and promote the rapid development of the enterprise.
