With the rapid development of contemporary economy,the living standard of residents has been continuously improved.While human beings are facing different pressures,the natural environment is also suffering from serious damage.As the experiencer and the main consumer force in the new era,the LOHAS lifestyle advocated by LOHAS,which is natural,healthy,happy and sustainable,has been highly valued and recognized worldwide,and has become a new trend of social development.In order to promote the development of related industries,we need to focus on the needs of the LOHAS,and design products in line with the concept of LOHAS.LOHAS adhere to a healthy lifestyle and exercise to relieve stress and achieve the purpose of physical fitness.However,due to air pollution,traffic congestion and irregular people's daily life,outdoor fitness has gradually changed to use indoor fitness equipment for exercise.As the fitness equipment with high frequency and popularity of LOHAS,household treadmill products have become an important component of family life style,reflecting the characteristics of the corresponding life form and modern culture.In this study,taking the design of home treadmill products as an example,through the research on the life style of LOHAS people,the real needs of the target groups are explored and targeted design is carried out.Based on the above research background,this paper firstly analyzes the development status of domestic treadmill products and lifestyle from the theory of home running machine products and lifestyle,expounds the four stages and technical classification of home treadmill,and analyzes the future development trend and problem points of domestic treadmill products through cases.Then,through the overview of lifestyle and its components,it summarizes the importance of lifestyle for product design and the relationship between lifestyle and design.Based on the relevant theories,this paper investigates the general demographic,consumption behavior,satisfaction and lifestyle of LOHAS users by questionnaire,and summarizes the design requirements.In order to help the accuracy of user interviews,we subdivide the users of LOHAS.By sorting out the interview data,the design requirements are transformed into design elements.Then,from the perspective of design elements,field observation is carried out,and the use requirements of home treadmill based on user lifestyle under different behavior characteristics are obtained.Combined with the above empirical results,this paper puts forward the design strategy of household treadmill products for LOHAS.Finally,according to the above research conclusions,the practical verification is carried out,and the products that meet the psychological and physiological needs of the target users are designed.I hope that the research on the subject can play a guiding role in the development of LOHAS consumer market.In addition,it can provide a new angle and method for product positioning,which is helpful for enterprise design,and provides basis and reference for the subsequent domestic treadmill design or other life-style oriented product design.
