Research On Design Of Multi-purpose Home Treadmill

With the implementation of the National Fitness Program,more and more people are health-conscious,and treadmills are going into thousands of families.Many home treadmills on the market,due to bulky body inconvenience to install and adverse storage characteristics,leads to treadmill idles at home most of the time after bought.Thus it takes up family space,and low product utilization.Multipurpose products based on the needs of users combine the different types of products with purposes in the same product to make a reasonable conversion in the different functions.Multipurpose home treadmill not only for fitness purposes,but also expand the treadmill in the home life for other purposes,according to user needs to convert home treadmill function and user mode,so that it applies to daily life without idle,enhance the user's physical fitness.This project as a practical engineering application,takes versatility as the entry point for the improvement of home treadmill design,put forward a new multipurpose home treadmill design solution.This project relies on Shuhua 3300 multipurpose home treadmill design project t o study.First of all.it clarifies the purpose and object of this project,in-depth investig ation and analysis of current research trends,cutting-edge development and the corres ponding results have been achieved,so as to lay the theoretical foundation for the stud y of the project.Secondly,comprehend and introduce the definition,classification,pri nciple of operation,constituents and development trend of home treadmill;Third,analyze the existing home treadmill series of Shuhua,point out its deficiencies and development trends,summarize the Shuhua 3300 treadmill project,description of the author's responsibilities in the project,design and research the multipurpose home treadmill under the designated design requirements of the project;Fourthly,give a sum mary of the function,folding structure,using environment and the users.By comparing the related products,summed up the product characteristics of multipurpose household treadmill.Fifth,through the research of related product and users,combined with the survey results from the product design factors,including functional,structural,modeling and CMF,make needs analysis,summarize the design method of multipurpose home treadmill,analysis of other household design points that can be combined with treadmill.Sixth,proposed the overall design program objectives,program design for this study,through the design practice to verify the im provement of innovation.This project through the design and study of multi-purpose home treadmill,designed a new home treadmill shape,and expanded the scope of application of treadmills,not only for fitness purposes but also can be used in the field of household tools,It has different functions in different uses,enhance the added'value and utilization of the product,so as to reflect the difference between the product and the same type of home treadmill,and form the comprehensive advantage of the product on the market.
