With the improvement of quality of life and living standards,people's health awareness gradually increased,running as a beneficial physical and mental health of the movement,naturally treadmill has become the majority of sports enthusiasts standing indoor equipment.Compared with outdoor running,treadmill exercise is a more secure and scientific way,as people use the treadmill to increase demand,it has a very large market consumption potential.However,through research to understand that young people gradually lose interest in home treadmill,can not insist on an effective running exercise,in a short period of time to give up the use of treadmills,fitness can not achieve the goal,which is the current home treadmill design challenges one.This subject takes the young people as the research object,obtains the treadmill market present situation as well as the user first-hand information and so on through the literature research method,the nature observation method,the interview method as well as the questionnaire survey method.Based on the psychological and behavioral characteristics of young people,this paper analyzes the motivations,abilities and triggers of treadmill for young people,and analyzes the form,Color,material and interactive design factors and put forward the corresponding persuasion design optimization strategy.And strive to optimize the design of new products to guide young people in accordance with the product to use the default target to increase the motivation for running exercise and enjoy a pleasant experience in the running process,and then develop a good habit to adhere to running exercise.
