With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the population has risen sharply,and high-intensity agricultural production,development and construction activities have gradually invaded the ecological security space.Ecological and environmental problems such as soil erosion and sharp decline in biodiversity are becoming increasingly prominent.Contradictions and conflicts between development and protection are becoming more and more serious under the reality of rapid expansion of land resource demand.Land use conflict has become one of the most important factors hindering regional development.This study takes Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County,a typical mountainous and hilly region as an example,to carry out a study on land use conflict identification and zoning optimization from the perspective of ecological security during the rapid development of Qinglong County.First of all,based on the research framework of "identify ecological sources-establish resistance surfaces-extract ecological corridors",construct the ecological security pattern of Qinglong County in 2010,2014,and 2017.Secondly,based on the occupation of different levels of ecological security space by cultivated land and construction land,the research on land use conflict identification,classification and intensity measurement was carried out to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution trend of land use conflict in Qinglong County from 2010 to 2017.Finally,the cluster analysis method was used to delineate the land use conflict optimization zoning plan of Qinglong County and put forward regulation suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Comprehensively construct the ecological security pattern of Qinglong County,and the quality of the ecological environment within the county has been improved from 2010 to 2017.In 2010,2014 and 2017,the areas with low ecological security level were 626.32km2,630.13km2 and 652.60km2 respectively,which were mainly composed of ecological source areas,and human development and construction should be strictly prohibited.The areas with high ecological security level were 418.52km2,443.24km2 and 427.95km2 respectively,which were low ecological sensitivity to human activities and were the main areas for production and construction activities.The ecological corridor is an effective channel to ensure the connectivity of landscape patches in the region.The length of ecological corridor in the three research periods were 417.50km,424.44km and 434.88km respectively.(2)From 2010 to 2017,the spatial and temporal differences of land use conflict distribution pattern in Qinglong County are significant.During the research period,the total conflict area of cultivated land first increased and then decreased,the severe and high conflict areas are mainly distributed in the east and southwest of the county,and the conflict intensity index first decreased and then increased.The total conflict area of construction land gradually increased,the severe and high conflict areas are mainly distributed in the west and southeast of the county,and the conflict intensity index first decreased and then increased.The total area of comprehensive land use conflicts has gradually increased,the severe and high conflict areas are mainly distributed in the west and middle east of the county,and the conflict intensity index first decreased and then increased.Taken together,the land use conflicts in Qinglong County showed a fluctuating development trend during the study period,and the land use conflicts will still be one of the important factors affecting the ecological security of Qinglong County.(3)Based on cluster analysis,Qinglong County is divided into three first-level conflict zones:Yanshan hilly land use conflict zone,marginal mountain land use conflict zone,and central valley land use conflict zone;Eight second-level conflict zones:cultivated land-biodiversity conservation mild conflict zone,cultivated land-soil erosion moderate conflict zone,cultivated land+construction land-biodiversity conservation severe conflict zone,cultivated land+construction land-water conservation and biodiversity protection severe conflict zone,cultivated land-water conservation and biodiversity protection slight conflict zone,cultivated land-biodiversity protection high conflict zone,cultivated land+construction land-water conservation and biodiversity protection severe conflict zone,Cultivated land-water conservation and biodiversity protection mild conflict zone.On the whole,the optimization and control directions of each district should focuses on four aspects:adjusting the land use structure,promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,guiding the concentrated transfer of population,and building a complete ecological compensation mechanism for land use.This study comprehensively considered the ecological security pattern zoning results and the importance of ecological corridor protection,identified the ecological safety space in Qinglong County,and carried out land use conflict identification and zoning optimization research by analyzing the occupation of different levels of ecological safety space by human major economic activities.The research results can provide reference suggestions for the sustainable development of land resources in Qinglong County.
