Cultivated land is the foundation of human survival and development,is indispensable to thrive and food and clothing live line conditions with the construction of ecological civilization and strategic goal number to the quality of the ecological protection of farmland trinity,the transformation of cultivated land ecological security situation is more and more worthy of attention but as a result of China’s large population and the lack of reserve cultivated land resources,forcing people to increasing breadth and intensity of land use,due to the lack of cultivated land resource in our country,the cultivated land ecological security problem is increasingly serious and the cultivated land ecological security problems to relieve contradiction of population and land safeguard food security to promote sustainable utilization of cultivated land resource is of great significance.The level of cultivated land ecological security is the status of maintaining the agricultural production function of regional cultivated land resources under the stress of ecological oppression and pollution in the process of utilization.Yilan county,Heilongjiang province was taken as the research object.Based on the improved TOPSIS model,the quantitative evaluation of cultivated land ecological security in Yilan county was conducted.Based on the final calculated cultivated land ecological security index,the temporal change characteristics of cultivated land ecological security in Yilan county from 2005 to 2017 were analyzed,and the spatial evolution process of cultivated land ecological security was characterized by GIS technology.Later,the obstacle degree model and grey prediction model are introduced to explore the obstacle factors hindering the ecological security of cultivated land in Yilan county in the current and future years,and to solve the problems in the protection of the ecological security of cultivated land in the county.The conclusions are as follows.(1)The level of cultivated land ecological security in Yilan county increased year by year as a whole.The index of cultivated land ecological security rose from 0.4550 in 2005 to 0.6473 in 2017.Reduced to less safe in 2007-2008(central police);Cultivated land ecological security continued to increase from 2009 to 2017,and reached a relatively safe state(good)in 2017.(2)From the perspective of time,the functional maintenance index of Yilan county showed a slow upward trend,rising from 0.4550 in 2005 to 0.6473 in 2017.In 2012,the functional maintenance index was at the valley value of 0.3626.The variation range of habitat support index was the most obvious among the three subsystems,from 0.5020 in 2005 to 0.2995 in 2017,showing a fluctuating downward trend.In 2006,the habitat support index peaked at 0.5556.The pollution load index showed a fluctuating and increasing trend,which was similar to the functional maintenance index,rising from 0.2331 in 2005 to 0.6117 in 2017.(3)From the perspective of spatial dimension,the situation of cultivated land ecological security in all towns and villages in Yilan county is roughly the same as that in the whole county.The level of cultivated land ecological security in the eastern region is obviously higher than that in other regions,but there are still significant differences in the level of cultivated land ecological security among towns and villages.At the level of less safe township for Yinlan township;Hongkeli town is the next town in the safety zone.The safer township in the class is Yilan town,Jiangwan town,Sandaogang town;In the level of safety township for Yugong township Tuanshanzi town road bridge town.(4)From the perspective of the obstacle degree model,the main obstacle factors restricting the ecological security of cultivated land are forest coverage rate,soil organic matter content,industrial wastewater pollution compliance rate,the proportion of environmental treatment investment,and the diversity of cultivated land planting structure.At the subsystem level,the dysfunction degree of functional maintenance subsystem increased from 19.74% to 20.04%,with a cumulative increase of 0.3 percentage.Habitat support subsystem barriers decreased from 31.89% i to 26.28%,a cumulative decline of 5.61%;The subsystem obstacle degree of pollution load increased from 48.38% to 53.69%,with a cumulative increase of 5.31%,which is a significant increase,and is the main obstacle subsystem to the ecological security of cultivated land.(5)According to the gray prediction model,the comprehensive index of cultivated land ecological security in Yilan county is still rising in 2018-2022,among which the comprehensive index of cultivated land ecological security in 2022 is 0.8023(ideal state of safety).The cultivated land ecological security index of the three subsystems rose simultaneously,and the cultivated land ecological security index of the subsystem presented the status of the pollution load subsystem bigger than function maintaining subsystem than habitat support subsystem in 2022.The order of obstacle degree of the three subsystems was similar.The present state of Yilan county is analyzed,and the natural environment fragile,cultivated land pressure is still the basic situation,therefore increase the slope cultivated land protection,reform to improve land productivity,fully exert the functions of the government,as well as arouse the enthusiasm of farmers to protect arable land,prolonging the cultivated land ecological protection funding chain,innovation,sustainable development,promote the cultivated land ecological security and symptoms.
