Land Use Conflict In North Shanxi Based On Ecological Security Identification And Partition Optimization Research

Nowadays,China is in a period of rapid development of urbanization.The land ecological space is gradually occupied,the land use system is unbalanced,and the difficult choice between development and protection highlights the research value of land use conflicts;coupled with the instability of the global climate,Soil and water loss is becoming more and more serious,and biodiversity is declining sharply.How to alleviate land use conflicts on the basis of maintaining ecological security has become an urgent problem to be solved to promote the coordinated development of regional economy,society and ecology.Based on ecological security,this paper selects the ecologically fragile area—Northern Shanxi Province as the research object,and takes2000,2010 and 2020 as time nodes to identify and classify land use conflicts,and takes counties as the evaluation unit to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of land use conflicts in the northern Shanxi area;finally,with the geomorphological type as a reference factor,zoning optimization is implemented,and corresponding control measures are put forward.Research conclusions:Land use conflicts in northern Shanxi are divided into three categories: cultivated land conflicts,construction land conflicts and comprehensive land use conflicts.The total area of cultivated land conflict fluctuated and changed.In 2000,the serious conflict areas were mainly distributed in Pinglu District and Shanyin County,the eastern and northern parts of Datong City,and the surrounding areas of the Loess Plateau.In 2010,Youyu County became a serious cultivated land conflict.In 2020,it will be further expanded to Fanzhi County;the area of construction land has surged,and the conflict structure has also shown an increasing trend.In 2000,the extremely severe conflict areas and severe conflict areas were mainly distributed in Pinglu District and Kelan County,and expanded to Xinzhou in 2010.The central and northern parts of the city,the eastern and northern parts of Shuozhou and Datong,most counties in Shuozhou and Datong and Zuoyun counties in Datong will also enter a period of rapid economic growth in 2020,and the construction land will expand rapidly;the comprehensive land use area The trend of decreasing first and then increasing,mainly distributed in the surrounding counties of the Loess Plateau and Pinglu District.On the whole,the conflict of land use in northern Shanxi was in a fluctuating development,and there was a trend of expanding year by year,and the conflict of construction land was prominent.From the results of the division,the northern Shanxi area is divided into 4 first-level divisions and10 second-level divisions.According to the results of zoning,the northern Shanxi can be used as an administrative unit in the future,from optimizing the industrial structure,strictly controlling the expansion of construction land,adjusting the land use structure,ensuring the health of water sources,preventing soil erosion,transferring the rural population,strengthening the protection of wildlife resources and improving the ecological compensation mechanism and other regulatory optimizations to effectively control regional land use conflict and provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development of land resources in northern Shanxi.
