Urbanization is the only way for modernization,and it is the largest domestic demand potential and development momentum for our country,which is of great significance to the building of a modern socialist country.In the development of cities,the assessment of government achievements often focus more on the degree of social and economic development and the speed of development,which causes the destruction of regional ecological resources.In addition,urbanization and ecosystem are mutually coercive and binding,and there are few studies on the relationship between the two at present.In the pursuit of the sustainable development between human and nature,the discussion on the relationship and coupling effect between the two aspects has great practical significance,which is for reasonably guide the development of cities and towns and regional economic-ecological sustainable development.In view of this,based on referencing the achievements at home and abroad and the Costanza assessment model,with reference to the research results of Xie Gaodi et al,this paper considers the regional differential coefficient and coefficient correction factor of social development,and make a further revision of the ecological service value equivalent factor table,then assess and analyze the dynamic changes in ecosystem service value of Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County from 2005 to 2015.Next,according to the theoretical basis of urbanization development,construct an evaluation index system for the level of urbanization and assess the development level of urbanization in Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County from 2005 to 2015.Finally,the grey correlation analysis model,coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model were used to analyze the phase characteristics of the interaction between the two aspects in Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County from the time series.The results show that:(1)The total ecosystem service value of Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County in 2005-2015 showed a trend of increase-decrease-increase,with a total increase by 4.507 billion yuan,the average annual variation is 451 million yuan per year,and the average annual change rate is 4.54%.According to the value of ecosystem service provided by land use types,the value of ecosystem service provided by forest land and gardens is the largest,followed by water area and cultivated land,and the proportion of unutilized land and wetlands is the least.According to the value structure of ecosystem service function of Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County,the overall tend to be stable,and the proportion is as follows: biodiversity conservation>water conservation>climate regulation>gas regulation>soil formation and protection>raw materials>waste disposal>recreation culture> food production.(2)The urbanization level of Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County has gradually increased in 2005-2015,and its comprehensive score has increased from 0.4770 in 2005 to 0.7574 in 2015,the rate of increase has shown a slow-fast-slow change pattern.Besides,the urbanization level of the population shows a tendency of volatility.The changes in the level of economic urbanization and social urbanization are the same during the study period,and they both show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The level of spatial urbanization is increasing year by year during the study period.(3)There is a certain correlation between ecosystem service function and urbanization level in Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County during 2005-2015.Among the impacts of various ecosystem service functions on urbanization level,the waste treatment(0.7624)has the largest impact,food production(0.7621)and recreational culture(0.7619)take second place.Among the impacts of urbanization system on ecosystem function,the urban population size(0.8809)has the highest impact on ecosystem service function,while the secondary and tertiary industries accounted for the proportion of GDP(0.8274),the proportion of the employed population in the secondary and tertiary industries(0.8170)and the ratio of urban land area to the total land area(0.8107)accounted for second.(4)The coupling degree of ecosystem service functions in Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County is in a phase of mutual confrontation during 2005 to 2015,the score is declining year by year.The coupling coordination degree is in the barely coordinated stage,and the score is increasing slowly.The coupling degree in the urbanization system is in the running-in and antagonism stage,and the score is decreasing year by year.The coupling coordination degree is in the middle phase of misalignment,and the score is increasing year by year.The coupling degree of ecosystem service function between the urbanization system is in a phase of mutual confrontation,the score is declining year by year.The coupling coordination degree is in a barely coordination stage,and the score is increasing slowly.This study reasonably evaluates the ecosystem service function value and urbanization level in the study area,profoundly analyzes the correlation between the two aspects,and provides some references for better formulation of social development and environmental protection policy to promote regional sustainable development.
