| In recent years,the state has paid more attention to the ecological environment and the construction of civilization,and General Secretary Xi put forward the slogan: "Green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains".As rivers are an extremely important part of the ecological environment,in recent years,the state and various provinces and cities have been carrying out research on river health evaluation methods and river health restoration measures.Heilongjiang Province has officially launched a study on river health evaluation system since 2019 in accordance with the national policy,and this study is mainly focused on the main stream of Heilongjiang’s river,the Woken River.The main content of this article includes the establishment of the health evaluation system of the main stream of the Woken river,assigning the weights of each health evaluation index using the integrated weight method,and conducting an example analysis of the health of the main stream of Woken river in horizontal years by combining the material element topologically evaluated model.Firstly,according to the actual characteristics of the main stream of the Woken River,the factors affecting the health of the main stream of the Woken River are identified,and the construction of the health evaluation system of the main stream of the woken river is carried out according to local conditions.Secondly,a material element topologizable evaluation model was introduced to evaluate the selected horizontal year of the main stream of Woken River by constructing the correlation matrix,calculating the comprehensive weights,and calculating the comprehensive correlation degree,and other steps.In this article,two different methods of weight seeking,namely AHP and entropy weight method,are used to obtain the comprehensive weight of combination of subjective and objective,so as to reduce the error of evaluation results.This study mainly solves the problem of constructing the health evaluation system of the main stream of Woken River,and by combining the material element expandable evaluation model to score the health of the upper,middle and lower reaches of the main stream of Woken River in 2018,respectively,we conclude that the upper reache is healthy and the middle reaches and the lower reaches are in a unhealthy state,and propose corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems.The results of the study can actually provide a reference for evaluation methods to carry out river health assessment on a large scale in Heilongjiang Province,and can also provide targeted data support for solutions to the actual health problems of the main stem of the Woken River. |
