With the reform of China’s social and economic system and the continuous development of regional economies,special equipment has become an indispensable means of production in people’s production and life.In recent years,with the continuous increase in the number of special equipment,the role of special equipment in urbanization construction has also become greater.However,the special equipment safety problem has always puzzled the special equipment regulatory agencies,and all kinds of special equipment emergencies all indicate that China has deficiencies in the special equipment safety supervision.In order to further enhance the government’s ability to supervise the safety of special equipment,China has successively promulgated relevant laws,regulations and policies to implement a unified and comprehensive process for the production(including design,manufacturing,installation,transformation,maintenance,and other items),use,and inspection of special equipment.Regulation.At the same time,the performance evaluation of special equipment safety supervision has gradually become an important means for the central government to evaluate the safety performance of special equipment of local governments,and it is also an important way to implement the special equipment safety supervision system.Supervision performance evaluation,as an important means for government departments to supervise the safety of special equipment,should be implemented in specific safety supervision of special equipment.This paper summarizes and analyzes the performance evaluation of special equipment safety supervision at home and abroad.According to the "Special Equipment Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China" and related laws and regulations,the basic status of special equipment,special equipment safety supervision system,and special equipment safety supervisors The special equipment safety supervision performance evaluation index system with a total of 25 evaluation indicators in five aspects,special equipment inspection and testing institutions,and special equipment safety supervision effects.A method for evaluating the performance of special equipment safety supervision based on the entropy weight matter-element extension model was studied..Moreover,the special equipment safety supervision in Shanghai was taken as the research object,and the obtained evaluation method was used to evaluate the performance of special equipment safety supervision in Shanghai.
