Research On Performance Evaluation Of A Company Based On BSC

With the country’s economy entering a new normal,China has put forward the ambitious goal of accelerating the reform of ecological civilization system and building a beautiful China in recent years.We will firmly establish the concept of giving priority to green development and environmental protection,and take the realization of intensive,circular and environmentally friendly green development as the starting point for transforming the economic development pattern.As a requirement of people’s livelihood,harmless disposal of household garbage has ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity.Garbage incineration power generation can not only reduce the pollution of domestic garbage to the environment,but also generate power resources through harmless incineration of domestic garbage,which has become the primary choice for harmless disposal of domestic garbage.However,with the development of waste incineration power generation technology,a large number of private capital and environmental protection giants have poured into this industry,making the competition more and more fierce.A good performance evaluation system can make the enterprise develop in a better direction.In this paper,a representative enterprise in the industry is selected to conduct research and analysis,hoping to bring certain reference significance to the whole industry through the analysis and simulation research of the enterprise’s performance index evaluation system.This paper takes H group as an example to conduct field research and collect data.First,from the macro point of view,the development of waste incineration power generation industry is described.Then the basic situation of H group is analyzed and summarized,and the main pressure that the enterprise is facing is understood through SWOT analysis.Based on the analysis of the existing performance appraisal index system of H group,it is found that there are some problems in the performance appraisal index system,such as the lack of pertinence of indicators,the incoherence of indicators,the unscientific development of indicators and the low recognition and acceptance of indicators among employees.Based on the necessity and feasibility analysis of the BSC performance indicator system of the balanced scorecard,this paper focuses on the improvement of the BSC performance indicator evaluation system of H group.By detailing the development mission of the enterprise,setting its strategic objectives,determining its performance indicators,and drawing the strategic map of the enterprise;Then,questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process were used to determine the weight of each index.This paper designed a set of balanced scorecard performance evaluation system for H group simulation,hoping to help H group combine its own strategic development direction,more scientific performance index evaluation,accelerate the realization of strategic objectives,so as to achieve rapid development in the fierce market competition.Through the research on the simulation effect of the BSC performance evaluation system of H group,it is true that the enterprise’s strategic development goals and performance evaluation indicators can be integrated from four dimensions.Determine to be able to overcome the shortcomings of the current H group performance evaluation index system.However,due to the particularity of the field in which H group is located,there are many directions for discussion and research in the market,strategic development and internal control management of waste incineration power generation industry.At present,the author’s personal ability and theoretical basis can not reach such depth.In addition,in the process of writing this paper,although we want to start from the common direction as much as possible,for the convenience of other enterprises or individuals for reference.However,in order to highlight the practicability of the design,the research and simulation design have some pertinence,which may be limited in other fields.
