With the development of economy,the expansion of city scale and the increase of population,the output of municipal solid waste has increased dramatically,which has brought a series of problems.Encouraging the development of municipal solid waste disposal industry has become the key to solve the problem of "garbage siege" in China.For China's garbage disposal industry,garbage disposal is the most effective way to achieve harmless,decrement and resourceful disposal.The PPP project of garbage incineration power generation is developing rapidly under such a big background.In the process of domestic application of waste incineration power generation PPP model,scientific and reasonable performance evaluation is conducive to improving the management of PPP project in China's garbage incineration power generation,and promoting the improvement of the quality of the project,which has become the core of the project.To sum up,this paper takes the XX city as an example to analyze and study the performance evaluation of its waste incineration power generation PPP project.The whole research idea of this article is "problem-Identification-Analysis-solving problems".Through the combination of literature research method and empirical analysis method,based on the research background of waste incineration power generation,the research status at home and abroad,combined with the relevant basic theory of the article,the theoretical basis of the article is formed.Then it introduces the PPP project of XX municipal solid waste incineration power generation,constructs the performance evaluation index system,selects the index and further screening,thus determines the evaluation index.At the same time,it constructs the performance evaluation model of PPP project of waste incineration power generation,through the comparison of common performance evaluation methods,and then Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the performance of the project is evaluated and the weight of the project evaluation index is determined.On this basis,the performance of the PPP project in XX municipal solid waste incineration is evaluated and analyzed,and the evaluation results are obtained.
