Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of City Appearance Management In City H

In recent years,with the further development of China's urbanization,third-and fourth-tier cities have absorbed more citizens,and the population and city size have increased and expanded to varying degrees.At the same time,some problems affecting the appearance of the city are becoming more and more prominent,such as the disorderly operation of mobile stalls,the random setting of open-air barbecues,and the arbitrary construction of illegal sheds.These problems have greatly affected the quality of life of residents,and triggered a strong appeal and demand from urban residents to improve the appearance and management of the city.As a third-tier city,H City has developed to a large extent in the process of urbanization.The population and population size have been increasing,and various problems have also appeared,such as population issues,employment issues,housing issues,city appearance norms and order issues.Among them,the problem of city appearance and the life connection of urban residents are the most direct and close,and it has become an urgent problem to be solved in urban management.Through comprehensive use of literature research methods,questionnaires and interviews,the research obtained first-hand data and conducted data analysis.The empirical research on City H shows that although it takes some measures in the management of city appearance,the following problems still exist: firstly,the lack of law on the appearance of city appearance management lead to the lack of law enforcement basis;secondly,multi-head management makes the management contains unclear powers and responsibilities;thirdly,the internal management mechanism of the relevant departments is not coordinated and imperfect.And the quality of law enforcement personnel also needs to be improved.In view of the problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions: firstly,strengthening the law enforcement foundation of city appearance management.Secondly,strengthening the system construction and establish a scientific city appearance management system.It is necessary to do a good job in field investigation and set up unified management standards.Thirdly,H city should also strengthen the access system for law enforcement personnel,pay more attention to the improvement of the quality of the management team,establish a good image of the team to obtain the understanding and support of the public.Last but not the least,the introduction of public participation mechanisms to broaden the channels of public participation is also important.So that the management of urban appearance can turn to the governance of urban appearance.
