In recent years,the development speed of China's market economy is accelerating,and enterprises are also gradually changing to modernization.The quality of recruitment management determines the normal operation of the enterprise,so the enterprise should focus on the job interview process,the recruitment interview directly determines the enterprise talent reserve,and has a certain impact on the organization structure of the whole enterprise.The interview is the focus of the whole recruitment process.The questions raised by the interviewer and the personal professionalism not only represent himself,but also represent the image of the enterprise.It is an important factor for the talent selection of the enterprise.This paper mainly takes the SY enterprise as the research case,through the analysis of the actual situation of the SY enterprise,constructs the related research model.The model body is the professional accomplishment of the interviewer and the reason for the talent selection of the enterprise,and establishes four dimensions and two level indicators,which are professional ability,fair and reasonable,appearance instrument and harmonious friendship,and take Beijing and Tianjin as the research area,and select 200 talents for research.Investigation,through the survey data,we can find that the key factor that affects the talent selection is whether the interviewer is fair,harmonious,loving,and its professional ability.Through the research and analysis,the following solutions are put forward for the problems existing in the recruitment interview process of SY enterprises.First,we should train the interviewers regularly,choose experienced interviewers as master lecturers,share experience and improve the professional level of interviewers as a whole;secondly,we should pay attention to training interviewer professionalism and establish a "people-oriented" interview culture.Job seekers should give respect to and establish a good corporate image;secondly,we should improve the management SYstem of the interviewer's position,establish a scientific and rational management SYstem,reward the outstanding interviewers,improve the efficiency of theinterviewer and establish a positive working atmosphere.Finally,the SY enterprise establishes a high quality,professional and skilled recruitment team to ensure the recruitment.In order to improve the quality of recruitment,we should continue to explore recruitment channels and improve the internal recruitment system.
