Research On Pillow Structure Based On Three-dimensional Scanning Of Human Body

The rapid development of human society not only promote economic prosperity,but also accelerates the pace of people's daily life.The pressure caused by fierce competition makes the sleep quality of most people drops sharply.Meanwhile,the sleep-health products industry is arisen.As pillow 's significance on sleep quality,this report launches the new product for improving targeted young people's sleep well-being.In this project,detailed data of head,neck and shoulder were obtained by the three-dimensional human body scanner,via analyzing a morphological characteristics of head,neck and shoulder.It was proposed that pillow size is suitable for the structure of head,neck and shoulder.Furthermore,the pillow structure was designed and verified by varies of subjective evaluation experiment.This topic was measured by a total of 380 20-30 years old of young people,including186 valid samples for young men females and young women females valid samples of 172,In addition,researchers selected 22 indicators as the most relevant databases which mostly associated with targeted human group's head,neck and shoulder parameters.Secondly,by the measurement of the SPSS statistics software,selected data was divided into six major categories on the mentioned human parameters.According to the oblique variance and conditional variance and regression calculation method,the report have classified mentioned human parameters.Hence,two conclusive parameters were observed as the camber data of both neck and shoulder.After determining the optimal number of grades and middle size of selected data,3 series of pillows was created.Then,the structure of the pillow was optimized,and the subjective comfort evaluation experiment was carried out in order to verify the improvement effect of the pillow.This paper starts from the measurement of head,neck and shoulder,and through the classification of head,neck and shoulder,specification and size design,pillow structure design and other work,makes the pillow more ergonomic,increases the comfort of the pillow,provides a certain theoretical basis and application reference for the design and production.Figure 42,Table 30,Ref.71.
