| This paper uses the non-contact laser three-dimensional anthropometry measuring instrument to conduct anthropometric measurements on 160 young women at the age of 18-25,and extracting their neck feature data as experimental samples for statistical analysis.Firstly,the sample data of the characteristic part of the neck were preliminarily processed by SPSS software.It was concluded that the neck morphology of the young women in this age period was divided into four categories.Secondly,according to the neck shape of four kinds of young women,the neck structure of human body is simulated,and four types of stand-collar structures which accord with the neck shape characteristics of young women have been obtained.Finally,according to the stand-collar structure parameters,the stand-collar design and t he series of corresponding clothing were desigen.The specific contents of the study are as follows:(1)From the anthropometric data,10 groups of neck characteristic part data were taken as experimental samples,and the characteristic data of the human neck are statistically analyzed.It is proved that the experimental data are normal distribution and accord with the rule of human neck structure and the requirements of experimental samples.(2)The correlation of the characteristic part of the neck is analyzed,and the correlation value among the characteristic parts is studied.Then,the characteristic factors of the shape of the neck are obtained by the factor analysis of the characteristic part of the neck.Finally,by linear analysis,the linear equation between the neck characteristic factor and the corresponding characteristic position is obtained:The linear equation of the mid neck girth(x)and the neck girth(y)is y=0.937x+6.647,the linear equation of the mid neck girth(x)and the neck width(y)is y=0.315x+1.725,the linear equation of the mid neck girth(x)and the neck thickness(y)is y=0.316x+0.551,the linear equation of the mid neck girth(x)and the mid neck width(y)is y=0.314x+0.683,the linear equation of mid neck girth(x)and mid neck thickness(y)is y=0.304x+0.364,the linear equation of the back neck length(x)and the front neck length(y)is y=0.859x-0.182,the linear equation of the front neck angle(x)and the back neck angle(y)is y=0.629x+148.225.(3)According to the classification and cross tabulation of neck characteristic factors,the main neck morphology of young women was analyzed as 4 categories.Taking the average value of the characteristic factors of the four types of neck shape as the parameter,andaccording to the linear equation of the characteristic parts of the neck,the values of the characteristic parts of the four kinds of neck are calculated.Secondly,according to the parameters of the characteristic parts of the four types of neck,the three-dimensional shape of the neck is drawn,and the main stand-collar structure of the four types of young women is obtained.For the first type of stand-collar,the lower collar line is 34.4 cm,the upper collar is 29.6 cm,the rear collar height is 3.1 cm,and the front collar height is 2.6 cm;the second type of stand-collar,the lower collar line is 36.2 cm,the upper collar is 31.5cm,the rear collar height is 3.1 cm,and the front collar height is 2.6 cm,the third type of stand-collar,the lower collar line is 34.4 cm,the upper collar is 29.6cm,the rear collar height is 3.5 cm,and the front collar height is 2.9 cm,the 4th type of stand-collar,the lower collar line is 36.2cm,the upper collar is 31.5cm,the rear collar height is 3.5 cm,and the front collar height is 2.9 cm,and the stand-collar samples are manufactured according to the size of a type of stand-collar structure.(4)According to the neck shape analysis and the structural parameters and comfort requirements of 18-25 year old women,designed three series of stand-collar modeling and matching with the three series of stand-collar clothing.The design of 12 stand-collar of women's wear and the corresponding design of 12 pieces of clothing have been better completed.This embodies the complete logical thinking system from theory to creative practice. |
