Research On Modular Design Of Daily-use Ceramics Based On Young People Living Alone

With the rapid development of urbanization and the expansion of single groups,the scale of people living alone is now rapidly expanding.Since the 1980 s,Japan has taken the lead in entering the "alone living" and small family structure accompanied by the arrival of the era of personalized consumption.In recent years,our country has also proposed and studied the concept of "young people living alone".Under this social trend,the life style and needs of young people living alone have attracted the attention of researchers.Combining with the new design needs generated by the lifestyle characteristics of the youth group living alone,referring to the application of modular design theory in product design,and guided by modular design methods,it explores the modular design methods of household ceramics,and innovates designs that meet Young people living alone have modular ceramic products with multi-functional,small-scale,decorative,individualized and diversified needs in single life.This article first analyzes the status quo of the research object youth group living alone and the development of modular daily-use ceramics.From the perspective of the design needs of young people living alone,conduct sequential questionnaire surveys,single interviews,and household observations.After summary analysis,preliminary user needs are sorted out.The mathematical statistics of the Kano model are used to obtain the design needs of young people living alone.It is glamour demand,expectation demand,necessary demand and undifferentiated demand.Then,in combination with the design needs of the crowd,to achieve the design as the goal,conduct related theoretical research.Including modular design theory,modular intervention methods of daily ceramic design,analysis of lifestyle characteristics of youth living alone,and exploration of daily ceramic module design methods for youth living alone Complete the modular design of daily-use ceramic products with the goal of meeting the design needs of young people living alone and introducing modular design methods.Finally,the results of the demand survey and theoretical research are applied to design practice.In the design practice,the “Three Pools Reflecting the Moon” landscape with cultural attributes was extracted as the source of the modular design of the product’s overall shape,combining traditional aesthetics with modern styles,and redesigning traditional shapes while promoting traditional culture.In terms of decoration,from the point of view of creating the atmosphere of the scene image,the design and production of the "Chuxue" series of products.From the perspective of the scenery of the four seasons,the design and production of "Spring","Summer","Autumn" and "Winter" series products in the way of color expression.This design is mainly guided by the comprehensive needs of daily-use utensils for young people living alone in the single-person living space,and the modular design method is the theoretical guide.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the life form of the young people living alone,the modular daily-use ceramic design method for the young people living alone is carried out.Explore and carry out the product design practice of "Three Pools Reflecting the Moo.
