| Comfortable bedding creates good sleep,whether the headrest in bedding is comfortable affects the sleep quality directly.A comfortable headrest can maintain the normal lordosis and reduce the pressure of cervical spine,promote sleep and ensure health.In order to meet the needs of different users,the headrest’s shape,height and core filling need varied.In order to improve the sleep quality for users and solve the problems of snoring and sleep apnea during sleep for special users,according to the requirements of the headrest with a slightly lower height and soft hardness when lying on the back and a slightly higher height and hard hardness when lying on the side,a headrest with intelligent height adjustment is researched in this paper.Since the pressure between the head and the headrest in supine lying is greater than that in side lying,and the pressure will change with the change of sleeping position,the pressure between the head and the headrest should be measured and recorded in advance when the user is comfortable in supine lying,and it should be taken as the comfortable pressure value.When the realtime detected pressure value is inconsistent with the comfortable pressure value,change the height of the headrest until the real-time pressure value returns to the comfortable pressure value,so that no matter supine or side,the headrest can be adjusted to the appropriate height at any time,support the user’s head and neck effectively.The smart headrest also has the anti-snore and sleep apnea warning function.When the headrest detects that the user is snoring or sleep apnea,it tilts and pushes the user’s head to improve the situation,then do records.In order to realize the function of automatic height adjustment headrest,the pressure generated by the user’s head on the headrest needs to be measured in real time.In this paper,a pressure detection device is assembled,which has a prop up part,a sensing part,a hold part,an anti-overload part and a force transmission elastic part.A plurality of hold parts are arranged to cover the prop up parts.The sensing part is a force sensor located between the hold parts and prop up parts,the anti-overload part is located between the hold parts and prop up parts,and the force transmission elastic part is located between hold parts and sensing parts.Using this device to detect the pressure between user’s head to the headrest,the measured pressure value are more accurate,the sensors performance are stable,can detect effectively and prevent the sensors.Secondly,this paper uses a lifting system,the air pump and solenoid valve are controlled by single chip microcomputer,to charge and deflate four airbags installed at four angles under the pressure detection device.The height of headrest can be raised or lowered by expanding and contracting the airbags.The tilt angle sensor installed in the prop up parts of the pressure detection device can detect the tilt angle of the headrest in real time,and charge or deflate any one or all airbags by controlling the opening and closing of the air pump and solenoid valve,so that the headrest is kept level or maintain a certain tilt angle in the process of lifting.Then,this paper develops an intelligent control system.Using Keil u Vision software to write the control program and download to the microcontroller,through the microcontroller to achieve pressure measurement and processing,user status analysis and air pump,solenoid valve intelligent control.Using Visual Studio software to write MFC program,through RS485 serial communication synchronous receive data in the data bus,in the computer to draw real-time pressure value change curve,pressure value distribution curve and spectrum analysis curve.Finally,this paper establishes an early warning system for snoring or sleep apnea.A sound sensor is used to detect the change of the user’s breath sound and judge whether the user snores.The pressure fluctuation caused by breathing is analyzed by frequency spectrum to determine whether the user has sleep apnea.The headrest should intervene when snoring or sleep apnea is detected.Wrap the above detection device or control system with soft sponge or latex,wrap the measuring surface and above of the pressure detection device as one whole,and wrap the side surface and below as another whole,so as to avoid the impact of the expansion of the package on the measurement of the pressure detection device in the lifting process of the headrest.The headrest after wrapping is compact,neat,beautiful and functional. |
