Study On The Evaluation And Approaches To Management Innovation Capability Of H Petroleum Enterprises

Petroleum enterprises are in the key industry which concerns the national economy and the people’s livelihood and the international economic lifeline,and bears the strategic responsibility of safeguarding the national energy security.Improving the management innovation ability of petroleum enterprises is the internal requirement of the self-development of petroleum enterprises,and also the urgent need for petroleum enterprises to bear the responsibility of national security.This paper chose Daqing Oilfield H Company which is representative of the industry as the research object.This paper made analysis and studies on factors affecting the management innovation ability of H Company,putted forward seven factors of petroleum enterprise system,the petroleum enterprise culture,the petroleum enterprise strategy,the petroleum enterprise personnel quality,the management innovation implementation ability,the petroleum enterprise risk management ability as well as the petroleum enterprise external environment effecting petroleum enterprise management innovation ability.On this basis,the evaluation index system of petroleum enterprise management innovation capability was constructed,including 7 first level indexes and secondary 25 level indexes.This paper used network analytic hierarchy process(ANP)to determine the weight of evaluation index of petroleum enterprise management innovation capability,introduced the ANP model structure,principle and calculation method of the evaluation data obtained from the questionnaire,calculated the weight value of the evaluation index of management innovation ability of petroleum enterprises by SD 2 software.Through the application example,this paper introduced the concrete application process of ANP comprehensive evaluation method in petroleum enterprise management innovation ability evaluation,and obtained the comprehensive evaluation value of H enterprise management innovation ability.Through the evaluation of the data,we can make a comprehensive analysis of the management innovation capability of the petroleum enterprises,so that petroleum enterprises can clearly see their position in the management innovation,put forward enhancing the quality of petroleum enterprise management innovation,improving the innovative risk management ability of petroleum enterprises,improving the management innovation execution ability of petroleum enterprises,improving the strategic innovation ability of petroleum enterprises,enhancing the institutional innovation capability of petroleum enterprises.
