Study On EHS Management System Establishment In Laboratories

The paper introduced one guide to establish EHS management system in labs without any EHS professional work.Considering the long training period on researchers,high labor rate and sensitive on lab public reputation,developing EHS management system for scientific research and development is very important.EHS management system has been introduced into China for years.However,it is very difficult to find similar research on laboratory EHS management system to protect laboratory researchers.Besides,current PRC regulation system has no specific requirement for laboratory.The requirements for Laboratory are quite same as manufacturing enterprises,but always changing and unidentified hazard might cause unexpected and serious incident in labs.So develop EHS management system for scientific research and development is insufficient in current situation.The paper is developed on the point of the laboratory risk assessment model,laboratory management of change requirements and combined with author's experience on EHS performance judgment,which will demonstrate new view on EHS management system for laboratory and provide important reference on further regulation and standard establishment.
