Research On Business Risk Management Of A Company

Since China joined the WTO in 2001,it has gradually stepped as the world’s second largest economy and further integrated into the global supply chain system.As such,the whole market economic system of China has been further improved,and the market competition gradually tends to the direction of resource integration and benefit development,and China’s position in the global supply chain system has also moved forward accordingly.And then,the supply chain management arises at the historic moment,with great advance,which has also made great contribution to the productivity improvement of domestic economic system.As things stand,the high quality of China’s economy is closely related to the high level of supply-chain management drive,especially in the southeastern coastal region,where rapid economic growth depends on companies benefiting from convenient local transportation and efficient supply-chain management.Amid the impact of the global economic slowdown and the frequent impact of periodic financial crises in recent years,trade protectionism has emerged one after another and trade frictions among countries have been on the rise,which has severely damaged some supply chains and paralyzed the operation of some industries and enterprises.With respect to the current situation,for enterprises,the slightest mistake in the operation may suffer the loss of supply chain,the original simple extensive supply chain management is gradually eliminated,which undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for supply chain management.Taking A company that provides raw material supply chain services for central enterprises as an example,this paper conducts a more in-depth study on supply chain business risks and related issues of management,in order to provide reference for A company and other enterprises to build supply chain management system.First of all,according to the daily operation situation of A company,this paper analyzes its current development status and finds out the problems and causes it faces.Secondly,this paper identifies the risk factors in the business of A company,and introduces a variety of research methods to build the risk system of A company and carries out the assessment.Finally,the author puts forward corresponding risk countermeasures to help A company reduce risks,optimize the overall business status of the enterprise,and improve its core competitiveness.
