Research And Development And Application Of Enterprise Security Management Measures Based On Risk Management Theory

Safety production is the foundation of all production and operation of an enterprise.The Party Central Committee and local governments at all levels attach great importance to production safety of enterprises and actively promote enterprises to adopt scientific and effective safety management methods and means.However,due to the late start of safety management in China,a unified and comprehensive safety management system has not yet been formed,and there are many problems in the safety management measures of enterprises.This topic is based on this premise.According to the principle of risk management,through the field investigation of s chemical enterprise,this paper uses four system safety analysis methods of Job Hazard Hnalysis,Energy Source Analysis,Failure Mode and Effect Analysis,Hazard and Operability Analysis to identify the hazard sources of each production factor of the enterprise.According to the social risk acceptance criteria,the corresponding control requirements are formulated to form a complete hazard identification result.Review the existing safety management measures of the enterprise,including the effectiveness of rules and regulations,safety training,safety disclosure card,work permit,hidden danger investigation standard and emergency management measures,analyze the current situation of the safety management measures of the enterprise.In view of the problems found in the review of safety management measures,they shall be improved respectively.Job Cycle Check is used to improve the enterprise’s operation procedures;According to the results of hazard identification,the post demand matrix and safety training courses and test questions are developed;The safety disclosure card is designed and developed in combination with the investigation empowerment and risk priority number;The work permit ticket and DCS are combined to improve the work permit management;The hidden danger detection standard for the development of equipment and facilities by post frequency division is developed.Develop emergency knowledge base and develop enterprise emergency training courses and test questions based on the knowledge base.And in the process of putting forward the improvement and development program,it is illustrated with examples.Although this paper is aimed at s chemical enterprises,the overall research and development ideas have certain reference significance for other enterprises,and can be applied in other industries.
