| With the rapid development of economy and the continuous consumption of non-renewable energy resource, developing energy reserves immediately has become the national prioritized infrastructure projects. Salt rock with its good creep behavior,damage self repairing ability and relatively low permeability has become important storage medium of underground oil and gas storage.Compared to thickness and great depth of foreign salt rock area, domestic salt rock area is thick and shallow,and has relatively poor development situation. All these unfavorable geological conditions bring security risks for the construction and operation of china energy storage in salt rock group. Cavern failure, storage leakage and surface subsidence often happens in the using process which affects operation safety of underground gas storage,therefore it is necessary to carry out risk research of salt rock energy storage.This paper takes Jiangsu Jintan rock salt gas storage group as the engineering background and combines the3D geomechanical model experiment research.Then this paper carrys out the analysis and control of salt rock energy storage risk which provides theoretical basis for underground gas storage in China to avoid and regulate risk. The main research contents of this paper are shown as follows:(1)Defining and identificating risk of salt rock cavern storage.This paper taking Jiangsu Jintan salt rock gas storage as an example defines salt rock gas storage risk and Clears the significance of risk analysis, and identifys risk factors for all life stages of storage. Risk accidents and the corresponding risk factors are summarized upon the operation stage.(2) Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process of salt cavern storage. Aiming at the risk factor of salt rock energy storage knowned, Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process which combines thequalitative and quantitative method is used for considering fuzziness of risk factors. Taking Jiangsu Jintan rock salt gas storage group of energy as the engineering background and using AHP to calculate level of risk of each layer,finally risk level of rock salt gas storage is calculated.(3)risk control of Salt Energy Cavern Storage. Refer to risk aversion principle of tunnel and underground engineering, the risk factors in the operation process of gas storage group are classified. Taking different measures to control different risk factors ensures the security of Salt Energy Cavern Storage.(4) Based on the FAHP and risk control methods of corresponding theory, Risk identification and risk assessment, risk control of Salt Energy Cavern Storage are Integrated.Then the salt rock energy storage group risk assessment and management system is established. |
