Quality Management Of Production Project Of Industrial Sapphire

Industrial sapphire material was widely used in recent years in the traditional LED lighting devices,watch covers,mobile phones display covers and other wearable devices covers.Industry capital investment increased significantly with fierce market competition in this field.This thesis focuses on the quality planning,assurance and control for the new investment production project of industrial sapphire by applying the project quality management theory,tools,methods and related practical experience.First,the quality planning was carried out by using quality function deployment,KJ method,analytic hierarchy process,etc.The voice of customer was translated into technical / quality characteristics,process requirements and production requirements by applying the relationship matrix step by step,and the project quality management plan was formulated.Then,the whole process of project quality assurance measures was proposed and implemented,such as setting up the quality control points of each phase of the project life cycle,being strengthened quality management from two aspects of man and system,and constructing the project quality management system and the corresponding level three files list.The implementation process of project quality assurance was illustrated with an example of the complex process of thermal field assembly.Finally,the project quality control was implemented by using questionnaire,Pareto chart,causal analysis,scatter plot method,and etc.The product defects were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed and implemented.Being aimed at the defects of ingot,it was indicated that the upper funnel bubbles and the scattered bubbles were the major defects of ingot by using mathematical statistics,Pareto diagram analysis,etc.By using cause and effect diagram,scatter diagram and etc.,it was found out that the root causes were the wrong power control parameter and the unreasonable crystal growth rate.The corresponding countermeasures were carried out,the qualified of the sapphire crystal was improved significantly,and the qualified products were producted.
