Research And Application Of Man-hour Prediction And Precise Dispatching For Ship Painting

Painting is a key technology in ship construction which can delay the corrosion of hull.Ship painting is a labor-intensive industry of high labor intensity and poor operation environment.Traditional engineering contracting mode is in short of effective information means,the work of scheduling production plan,controlling labor cost,labor load balance,employee performance evaluation mainly relied on the experience of managers,which can no longer adapt to the requirements of modern lean shipbuilding because of unreasonable production plan and inaccurate information.This paper proposes the precise dispatching mode based on information management platform,which can eliminate of redundant links in the process of shipbuilding and achieve the optimal allocation of resources.The author introduced the method of word analysis,WBS,information management system and visible KPI,to find the key factors that affect the painting time;to establish the time prediction model;optimize the painting production organization form;to decompose the ship painting into smaller components which are relatively independent and manageable;to issue tasks to workers through the efficient management process;to realize the goal of automatic transmission of information,summary and statistics with the aid of information technology.The multi-dimensional comparison and analysis will provide data support for the management improvement;to promote visual KPI and dispatching on mobile terminal;to improve the participation and enthusiasm of painting workers with the method of transparent management and quantitative assessment.This paper discussed the system of precise dispatching management platform for ship painting with the background of a large state-owned shipbuilding enterprise(H Company),verified the effectiveness of production data collection,optimizing production process and labor cost reduction.
